   If I could give this company and especially its owner a negative 5 I would! Damaged items were not reported to insurance carrier after our official claim was made to the owner of MMB. Brand new in box small appliances were taken from their storage unit and they will not accept any responsibility. To make things worse they significantly dinged, scraped, gouged and scuffed up the walls, ceilings and baseboards of our brand new house*s staircase. Owner came out to remove scuff marks with SHOUT fabric cleaner clothes! Not only did this not work but it caused more damage to the walls. For close to three months the owner has told us he has been trying to get the paint needed to repair the walls telling us he cannot find any due to production shortages. Lies! Lies! Lies! For three weeks I contacted the paint manufacturers 5 local stores twice a week on their delivery days and guess what? Every single time I checked at least 4 of the 5 stores had the paint needed in stock. In fact I went down and got some of this paint I needed for another project of mine. After eleven weeks we decided to get estimates from a professional contractor to due the job right and I let the owner of MMB of our intentions. At that point he threatened us that he would not reimburse us for ANY of our losses including these repairs and told us that any professional contractor, ANY, would only try to rip us off. We are not done with this problem by a long shot but I will update as it progresses. Absolutely no integrity what so ever! RUN AWAY from this supposed professional mover.
