   Smooth Office Moving Made Easy

   Changing the workplace easily, the staff feel at home. The resourcefulness of this organization makes the setting up of office equipment appear to be a child’s play. They had had a good range of options available both for a short period and for a longer duration of time; in addition to that, their prices were reasonable with the quotes being provided on time. It was great when the crews arrived at the correct time and worked quickly while at the same time packing in a way to avoid damaging any of the items that could be affected by the packaging process such as the computers or the fragile items while the other did loading and unloading systems without any trouble among other things like unhooking fax machines too soon so they could leave everything intact including the hookup lines etc.; such actions are proof of their commitment as well as the experience since any small mistake would lead to losses but there was no casualty as it.

   A moving service was used for my relocation and I got a very good experience from them. The crew, consisting of Greg, Collin, Conor, and Kyle, was exceptionally professional and well-behaved. Their commitment and hard work were obvious from the first moment they got there. Greg, the team leader, ensured that everyone was on the same page and that all my instructions were followed meticulously. Collin and Conor took my delicate belongings and treated them with care so that the precious cargo was bubble wrapped and packed with skill. Their politeness and their constant positive vibe made the whole thing come out jolly and easy. Kyle's muscular build and swift actions were quite astonishing when he had to shift the more massive pieces of furniture. He was able to cruise through narrow areas untouched by his being and walls or furniture. The team was very professional and polite throughout the move. They worked infinitely and hard to load the truck on time. Before the trucks came to my new home, they carefully emptied and placed everything in the exact spots that I wanted.    These movers were beyond what I had expected. Andrew, Robert, Max, Stephen, and Jillian were all great persons. They were not only on time but also very polite and they managed my belongings with the utmost care. The team worked very fast and made sure that everything was packed securely. They were also very helpful in the new getting a complete furniture arrangement, which was a great help. Team professional and positive customer service made our move much more accessible and stress-free.    Nightmare

   Our experience with Amerisafe was a complete nightmare. When we first contacted them, they were incredibly helpful. Once they have your deposit, don’t expect to hear from them again. They failed multiple times to return calls and emails. They made promises they couldn’t keep, and the carrier did not care what Amerisafe had promised. Expect your costs to double, even when you try to give them the most accurate information. This company is what gives moving brokers and companies a bad name. There is nothing ‘safe’ about AmeriSAFE. Absolute worst experience ever!

   Horrible Company

   You’d be better off to hire the kids running your neighborhood lemonade stand to move your belongings than this company. Prices go up and up after paying the deposit, and boxes arrived destroyed after multiple delays. Many items arrived broken and unsalvageable and it appeared that the most damage to boxes was with boxes clearly labeled FRAGILE. The initial call with the person giving you the quote will seem simple and straightforward, but the entire experience after that will bring nothing but frustration. Steer clear!

    Everything is on fire and its getting worse

    Amerisafe Moving Services and their carrier, S&DJ Moving, owes me a partial delivery of my belongings. The carrier has promised and failed to deliver 15 times now. Over 10k in damages, 25 business days past the first delivery date and half of our items are still missing. Amerisafe keeps ignoring us and pushing any complaints off. Most of the boxes we paid to pack are between 1/2 to 3/4 full, and most of the breakables we have were wrapped in paper towels or tablecloths. I have images to back up any claims.
