   The company dealt with me honestly. The people were knowledgeable and helpful. The drivers were friendly and not grungy/dirty. They do many FL to NY trips each week so giving them a late notice to pick up was not a problem. They had it picked up in 2 days. No problems at all with the delivery and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

   Auto move Maryland to Texas.

   Amazingly prompt; placed order on a Friday and vehicle was then picked up Monday evening Memorial Day weekend. Didnt expect such prompt pickup, and it was appreciated. Nice service on pickup and delivery - courteous and careful load and unload of a delicate care. Only comment is from very slight delays on arrival in Texas, but more traffic than any fault, and communication was good. Highly recommend.

   National Transport - the one and only option for me!

   After I learned the I'd be moving across the country to Mississippi (from CA), the best decision I made was to forgo the 35-hour drive and pay someone to transport my vehicle. The second best decision I made was to hire National Transport to do it. At first, due to the driver's schedule, I was given a 3-day window in which my vehicle would be picked up. Thankfully, the timing worked out and my car was picked up on the perfect day, right before I was due to fly out. The driver, Daniel Brank, informed me that he would be the one to meet me in Mississippi exactly 1-week later, gave me his personal cell phone #, and made me feel at ease. Daniel's communication was incredible and even ended up delivering my car a day early! This entire experience was well worth every penny and I recommend this transport company wholeheartedly!

   Great experience!

   This was a great experience for a few reasons. 1- be flexible. Drivers get caught in traffic or are slowed down by a previous pickup. 2- do not leave valuables in your car! Our pickup driver emphasized that point. Send the car and nothing else.  Drivers called us before pickup and delivery. Delivery was convenient and although we had to wait for the keys to be delivered the staff at the lot were friendly.  Highly recommend if owners are willing to be patient! They are not delivering a pizza! .

   Transportation drom North Carolina to San Diego California.

   This was the first time I use this transport service and they were great. I needed my vehicle picked up at North Carolina auction department and delivered to San Diego California. They were loyal, fast and effective and brought my vehicle in 7 days. Not to mention the price was amazing, the total price only came out to $1130. I researched many places in this company gave me the best quote and was very professional. I would definitely use them again!

   Great customer service!

   I was really pleased with the service! My vehicle was delivered as promised with NO issues! Their rate was reasonable. The driver called prior to when he arrived to pick up the vehicle for delivery. In addition to that the driver was professional and courteous. My only issue is that this survey should not require 250-350 character of text to complete. I do understand the reasoning, however I am a very busy person and almost did not complete the survey. Please consider changing your survey format. Thank you.

   Auto transport.

   National Transport was an excellent choice for our car transport from Maryland to Florida.  The salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions.  The price quoted was the price we paid.  The men who picked up and delivered the car were polite, professional, and took great care of our car. Because we were moving from a condo building, the parking area was difficult to manuever, but the driver worked with us to get the car safely loaded.  Also on the unloading end, we had to change the drop off point because of parking space restrictions--again, the driver worked with us to ensure a safe delivery.  Highly recommend!

   Peace of mind.

   I was really concerned about choosing a company to transport my vehicle across the country. It we overwhelming and concerning. I finally decided to go with National Transport and am happy with my decision. If you want peace of mind that your vehicle will arrive quickly and safely at a reasonable price this is the company for you. Thank you for your services.

   TX to IL 2 cars.

   Moved two cars on two separate occasions. Both times with same excellent driver. Advice: give exact time when car is ready for pick up because logistics start calling early and offering the drivers. Once you agree on a day, driver calls you direct to schedule time of day. He always gave us head notice and was very flexible as to where to meet and drop car off. Take lots of pictures before leaving the car, don’t forget the top. Otherwise, pleasant experience using this company.      .

    Good Experience.

    My vehicle was picked up promptly on the first date I told them it was available! I sent my request to several companies who all hounded me for weeks..in the end I went with the a completely different company that I found on the web, who was the least expensive. Contrary to the emails I received about companies not being able to confirm the price, I was not disappointed! The driver was professional and courteous. The price was as the original quote. The communication was clear. The company knew where my car was at all times. National Transport has an A rating with the BBB and I would definitely use them again.
