   Time frame on receiving.

   Our belongings were picked up June 7th and here we are July 5th with no estimated time of delivery. We only have two pairs of clothing for a month now and when we call we get responses like we do not have enough drivers. Well why would you take all our belongings when you know you dont have enough drivers. We paid 6000 dollars so far and have nothing. I would have been better off renting a Uhaul and loading 2 boxes a day and still would have been moved faster then Nation Wide could have done. Also Nation Wide does sub out there work to other companies that they have no controll over.

   Expensive and unreliable.

   Horrible experience, time consuming, expensive, and damaged good are not being reimbursed. BEWARE!! This company is covered under a blanket state contract that only requires then to pay $0.60 per pound for any damaged items. I have several damaged items, one of which cost over $600. I am receiving $81.00 as compensation. Please beware as a consumer you are not entitled to anything more unless you purchase your own insurance. Two of the guys that moved my items were lackadaisical with my belongings, as I had to catch several boxes from falling off the dolly, they dropped my plant and spilled soil in my hallway, tore my Lovesac, and took much longer to move my one bedroom apartment than required. I am ashamed I didn't read the reviews online beforehand, they are mostly poor and I would not have chosen this company and will never recommend it to anyone else.
