   New Era was very professional and managed the move better anticipated! The price and timeline went as we discussed. They treated all of my belongings with respect and nothing was damaged. I am beyond happy with the service and if I have to move in the future, I will be calling them again.

   Moving with New Era Moving & Storage was painless! They helped with every single part of the process and their staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable. They truly helped make moving way more manageable and organized! The had a plan, price and customer service that could not be beat!!!! I highly recommend this company for your move!!

   Scammers!!! RUN! Run fast and far! If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Vince was super convincing and seemed knowledgeable, and was extremely responsive until the end of June. There was a website, 800 number, address, and glowing reviews (they have to be fake!!!). I gave them $1k for a deposit. About 2 weeks ago, I had a change of plans to my move, so I reached out via “Vince’s personal cell”, and it went straight to voicemail, but the voicemail was full. I tried the 800 number, same outcome. So I texted. No response. I tried again daily for a week, via phone, email, and texts (were blue initially then went to green… think I’m blocked!). No response, no call, email or text back. And to top it all off, the way I paid was an ACH withdrawal so now they not only have a chunk of my life savings for a cross country move that has been a lifelong dream of mine and years in the making. I now have to pay double for because I had to get a U-Haul and load everything myself with a bad back, AND they have my bank account information. Avoid this “company” at all costs!!!

   this company is a joke. They stole my deposit and lied to my wife and I multiple times before they ever got to our house. When the movers finally did show up it was one guy in a rented U-Haul truck whatever you do stay away from this third-party broker

   You know Will, I am truly hurt by this review. You spoke some untruths in this review. 1) we never Stole a deposit from you. You threatened us for a refund you are legally not entitled to. As the broker I explained what my responsibilities were and we fulfilled them, and then some. 2) The Uhual that showed up was to accommodate YOUR special request of double pick up (over 100 miles apart from each other) and storage( all to be completed the same day) . You decided to turn them away even though it was still with the same carrier we dispatched you to and never deviated from that or our contractual obligations. There was just too much work and required space needed for your order to go on the same company truck as the rest of the order. I have all calls and documents showing when we spoke and all we discussed. I never hid the fact we were brokers and in fact, unlike the average broker I informed you of who would be the carrier doing the move at booking, I provided my personal cell to build trust and a relationship with you, to be always available for you and worked well outside of business hours to accommodate every request you made to us. Even after YOU canceled the order and continued to threaten me in regards to a refund you were not entitled I still answered your calls and made every attempt to assist in further actions to get you moved and satisfied. This is on road transportation and all ETA's given are ESTIMATED TIMES. The reality is you refused to accept the process (when done correctly for all parties well-being and protection) and then demanded a refund after my services had been provided and my obligations were fulfilled. I'm terribly sorry for you feelings and the way the situation played out, due entirely to your own choices and changing wants and expectaions.
