   Move at your own risk using this company.

   We needed a company to move our stuff out of a basement suite into a container overnight and then to move the stuff into a truck the next day and deliver across the city.   The first crew did a good job, they were done loading the container within 2 hours (2 hours minimum each day), no problems here.   The second crew was absolutely awful. It took them over 2 hours to simply move the stuff from the container into their truck and then another 4 hours to move the items into our new apartment. Granted, our new place was on the 14th floor it was going to take extra time, but not this much. After it was clear they were not motivated to work properly I started helping them myself. I would have fired them at this point if our stuff wouldn't have been on their truck so I was stuck. Whenever I turned my back or was on a different floor than them, productivity dropped to almost zero.   During the move they decided to help other people who were moving out on my time. They broke one of our large pictures and only after a lengthy discussion did they agree to pay me $25 (how generous) for the broken glass.  Their truck was old, dirty and not in good condition, very unprofessional.  I will never use this company ever again and I would not recommend anyone else them either as they are a fly-by-night and very unprofessional company.
