   Movers canceled on the date of move.

   Today is the date of my move (6/29), and I'm writing this review after receiving a phone call that my service had been CANCELLED!! I am beyond furious.  Last week, I had scheduled my move at 9am in the morning.   A day prior, I called to confirm that my reservation was still set.  This morning, I did not hear from the moving service.   I waited til 9:30am to contact them.  The representative told me that the movers were assisting another customer and that they would need until 1PM!!  That is is 4 hours later than the scheduled time!  I was angry but decided to wait, trusting that they would come.  At 1:15pm, no drivers or trucks in sight.   I contacted the representative, Roger, again.. only to hear that the drivers were assisting the customer at a distant location and that the earliest they'd be able to arrive is SUNDAY.. Yes, SUNDAY!!   Needless to say, the customer service is horrific.   The representatives did not have the decency or courtesy to let me know that their drivers would be late.. This moving service is cheap for a reason.  They most likely double book their customers and do not care if the next customer has to wait.  This company is completely unreliable!   I was luckily able to contact another moving service to help move, but my timeline is completely thrown off and I'm nervous that this other service might cancel..    Moving is stressful enough.   I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.  .
