Horrible Experience!!
This was the most horrible move I have ever experienced. I have moved several times over my career. By far this is the worst company ever!! First off..they sent movers to the pick up location that could not speak the English language very well..if not at all!! Then they did not listen to directions to follow the approach to the pick up location. Hence, the move did not happen. This was not any fault on my part. They were warned many times about the hill they needed to go up. It appears that no one listened!! The bottom line is, I did not have my move, I spent much money because of this mess. In addition to all this. I did not get my down payment of $500.00 refunded. In addition to this review, I am contacting the BBB!!
