   They did us right.

   I canceled services with another mover because Northern gave us a better price. The reputations looked similar between the other company and Northern. I'll tell you right now that we had a great experience with Northern. Things didn't work out perfectly, but it was very close. We highly recommend and we will use them again in the future. My son is going to move next year and we are going to refer him to Northern. We appreciate all of the hard work, guys. Thank you and be blessed.

   I liked them

   Everyone we dealt with at Northern was so nice to us. We literally liked everyone that we dealt with. The moving crew works with such care to make sure that none of our stuff arrived to damaged. We received a great price. If we ever move again we're going to call Northern for a second time. They did a fine job.

   Reliable but Slightly Delayed

   Nice truck!

   Northern arrived in a brand new semi truck. I'm a retired truck driver and I was impressed. My wife and I were both impressed with the job that they did for us. So much so that if we ever move again I'll use this company again. I feel like they are top notch.

   Out of state move

   Hired middle of June for move July 15th. Sold home had to be out by 20th. Spoke to Joshua Wiley who up front nice, but he was deceiving and deceptive. Their video walk through wouldn’t work, big mistake. Joshua said no problem walk me through told everything I had 24 furniture pieces, but sold 2 piece china hutch and table with 6 chairs and 3 leafs before move. Do packing, 40 boxes and move $5000. He would be with me every step of the way. Uses deceptive practices even when you tell them what you have and type brand furniture you have. I asked him would price change when picked up furniture oh no I’m good at this. Next person to call was Will, told him sold china hutch and table and chairs but for got 5 cubic freezer and 6 ft plastic box charged me $500 more but didn’t take anything off. Next Condor moving company calls said they were contracted to move me. They came on July 15th said it would be $3500 more. Had no choice since had to be out by 20th sold home and I’m 70 years old and disabled so couldn’t move myself. Delivery was 22nd but not delivered until 27th. They throw in contract they have 10 days to deliver from delivery date. They don’t care where you are staying hotel, floor of place etc. Then Condor contracts United to deliver and when they get there you have to pay cash upfront and signed you received everything before they will take anything off truck. No copy nothing. I took picture with my phone. Don’t ever use any of these moving companies unless you want to pay more. While they are moving furniture in I get a call from this David Lee hired by Northern moving to handle my displeasure of how the moving went. He is from Transportation Resolutions Group pretending to dislike moving companies and after their review offer me $1000 hush money for me not to write bad reviews. Told them NO. He sends me email that I should take the money then dispute my credit card balance that I paid Northern with and that would give me $3200. First of all that would be fraud. I held up my end. Northern, Condor, United used deceptive practices and took advantage of an elderly woman who had to move.

   Dear Cathy Reding, We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services. Our records indicate that we provided you with a quote based on 73 inventory items that you presented to us. However, upon our arrival to commence the service, we ended up loading 113 items. We communicated the situation regarding the increase in cost, which you accepted. You signed our service order, thereby granting us permission to proceed with our services, which we did. It is a standard industry practice to require full payment before unloading the truck, and we made you aware of this during the scheduling process. We did not take advantage of you, as you have suggested; rather, we charged you based on the quantity of goods you chose to ship during the pickup. Please reach out to us so we can discuss this matter further. Perhaps we can find a resolution together? We look forward to your response.

    Deceived and Defrauded by Sceduling Agent

    On February 4, 2026, I was persuaded by Joshua Wiley of Northern Moving Systems to pay a deposit of $1529 for moving services on March 2, 2026. Before I authorized payment over the phone, I specifically asked him how far in advance that I would need to cancel in order to receive my deposit back. He told me that I could cancel up to 7 days before March 2nd; and not within 72 hours of payment. Because the circumstances and timing of my intended move changed, I called him on 2/13 and 2/14 to cancel but he did not answer. I left both voice mail on his phone, and e-mail at his address. On 2/16 he replied by e-mail stating that the deposit was non-refundable. Indeed, buried in fine print deep within the contract was a statement that says the deposit is non-refundable. Not only did he mislead me about refunding the deposit, he also lied; claiming that Northern Moving Systems was an actual nationwide carrier that had a facility in Denver, among other locations. He admitted this to be untrue only after I confronted him with information I found on the USDOT website about Northern Moving Systems. My objection is that when given the opportunity to be honest and up-front when asked directly, he chose to lie and deceive me in order to convince me to pay him. No reputable business uses such unscrupulous dishonest tactics. They deny any deception after their own "internal review". I have not received a refund of my deposit to date.

Our policy clearly states that deposits are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds once the service has been scheduled. Nevertheless, it is never our intention to leave any client dissatisfied.
