   Incredible team at NCC! Moved me many times, always professionally.

   Excellent staff. Tyler and his teams are indefatiqueable! They work so hard and are very pleasant and resourceful. Superb to work with. Always punctual and work with great attitude until the job is done. Highly recommend!

   Great Move

   ON a really hot and humid day the 3 man crew turned up and they did a great job of getting me moved. Even though it was a challenging day, their pace was consistent, they were polite and willing to move everything they were asked to move. In other words it was an easy move, just what you would want. There are two other people in the hamlet I moved to who also had really good experiences with Northumberland. Just thought I would let people know.

   Very unorganized not proffesional.

   So I hired a long haul contractor and they hired this company to pick up the stuff to put in storage for the long haul to pick it up. They had to weigh the truck first which they did account for snow adds weight and a frozen scale don't work right. They came to tag the stuff. I told them all breakables, then clothes than toys as I had to keep it under 3000-3500 pounds. 1/2 way thro 1 guy got sick and had do to a swtich out. When than made things extreamly confusing. 1 they were using a pencial on a carbon copy and not a pen, they forgot 3 main boxes, almost forgot a tv and a bbq that was right infront of the truck! They were rude to my mother when she mentioned the box and said she said no. She tried to explain why cause I had an order going.  I said how much weight you think we had and they told me. I phoned this company about my exp and they baicaly told me I was lier and they boys wouldn't do or say anything. I also learned that many other people had bad experience with broken or scratch things. Advoid them. They are also sayign my weight is 6600 pounds which they are way way off and I had to prove them wrong. Still don't have my stuff yet.

   Moving from the city-twice.

   First time a load came down all was fine- but 1/2 hr late arrival (but no charge)- managed to get stuff where it needed to be and polite, efficient. Second time I ended up with broken, scratched and stressed fine furniture including a gouge across the dining room table that they offered to fix- with dye. Sorry lads- great receptionist, but the significance of the mistakes when it really counted means we won’t work together again.
