   They are the worst they damage my property and items were stolen don't trust these crooks I will never use these [EDIT] again they lie and steal that explains why they never get clients everybody think twice don't use this company unless you want to get robbed.

   Do Not Use This Company.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled a move for 4:15pm b/c I had only had a couple of boxes. They showed up 55 minutes late -- my office building closed at 5PM, so I had to move everything outside to a busy NYC Street MYSELF in a DRESS and wait for them. I called for a reduction. They gave me $20 off of $140. The only plus was the movers were super sweet. I repeat though, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. .

   Do not ever use these movers EVER!

   This mover just scammed us. They agreed on a price via email. I have proof. When they got there after 30 minutes on the job they demanded the money which I gave to them. The agreed price plus 30% tip. They then said they wanted more money which I didn't have cause we agreed on a price. They left me at the bottom of a 5 storey walk up with a large couch and took my money. They are ignoring my phone calls and hanging up on me when I call from a different number..greedy cowboys.

   Do not use this company.  The same thing happened to me, on the same day!  I had scheduled these movers for May 29th.  They had excellent communication beforehand and even confirmed the move the day before.  So I felt a very false sense of security. They never showed up.  I spoke to Carlos about 20 min after they were supposed to show up.  He said his guys had a job earlier in the morning that was going long.  They would show up after, but couldn't give me a time.  He never called back or showed up.  I called many times that day.  I texted.  I emailed.  Never an explanation or apology. Totally unreachable.
