   Move within Kelowna

   We needed to move last minute and Nol kindly accommodated us, showed up on time, and was efficient and friendly. The cost was extremely reasonable, and would not hesitate to recommend him again. Excellent work!!

   Move Kelowna to Victoria

   We chose Nol and his crew to move us from Kelowna to Victoria based on other's reviews on this site. Nol is super efficient, had the ferry and his hotel booked well ahead, was quick to respond to correspondence, organized the packing of the truck to its maximum potential, was easy to deal with and reasonably priced. He arrived with 3 courteous and hard working young men. Nol and Keith unloaded the entire truck on their own, placing items where requested. Nol even organized the garage contents on the shelves so the chaos wasn't so disruptive. We wouldn't hesitate to use Nol and his crew again. We'd recommend them to you.

   Efficient Movers

   I had used Nol and his team two years ago and they were great and this second time did not disappoint. The team was efficient, careful, energetic and stayed positive throught the day, the heat and some unexpected hiccups along the way. Nol was easy to communicate with and the team arrived on time. I think his cost are very reasonable and his estimate for timing of the project accurate. I would highly recommend!!!

   Very happy with our movers! Movers were very friendly and easy to work with. They aim to please and it shows in their work. All furniture and boxes packed neatly and methodically. Would definitely use them again! Thanks!

   Superior Team

   The team was professional, treated our stuff like it was their own and were incredibly fast and efficient. Made move in day incredibly less stressful. Their system was clear, everything got in the right rooms and if they had questions they would confirm.

   Swift and Professional Moving

   Nol and his team at Okanagan Packing and Moving were excellent from start to finish. Nol made sure that everything was done in a timely manner, and that care was taken to move everything safely. He also was flexible and accommodating with unforeseen additions to the moving plan. Okanagan Packing and Moving ensured that our move day was peaceful, seamless, and cost sensitive. We will definitely use Nol for any future moving needs.

   Speedy, friendly Service

   Moves are often stressful but this team made our day easy and stress free! They were organized andarrived on time. We hired 3 men and they worked efficiently all day. They were careful how they organized the truck and explained the process to us. We will definitely use them again.

   Packing and moving

   The movers were great. They seem to come in and get the lady all packed up. Then they came back the next day loaded everything in the truck and went to the new place to unload. Here’s where the problem is. They didn’t tell the lady to meet them there they just unloaded the truck and we’re gonna go back and get their payment, on the Monday this was on a Thursday . The lady in question was a resident at our senior facility that I have no personal relationship with but I found this company through phoning around to try and find somebody that was available when she needed it.. long story short she says Furniture wasn’t put in the right spot. She would pay the bill when they came to move the furniture. He wouldn’t go because she called him too late at night and then he posted on my work website and has sent me numerous email saying I should pay the bill and get reimbursed from her but that’s not how it works. I never signed up with him for anything. I told him it was for her right from the beginning. I contacted him originally and he has talked to her numerous times on the phone. Very shady dealings after the fact.

   Oh wow! This Karen was just unreal! She was so non helpful for me to get paid by her client so I reviewed accordingly on the senior home she worked for and her. She found me and hired and yet I am still not paid a week and a half past the day the jobs were done. Was out lots of money and was not pleased. Then she goes and pulls a stunt like this and I am going to change my review now and mention this low blow! I told that lady that we were leaving! So Karen has zero ground on that! That older lady was so weird and smoked a ton and drank a ton during the day even and did not even show up for the entire unload. I even found her purse she thought she had lost! I had to put a couch on top of another couch as NO ROOM in there to do otherwise! Why Karen believes her is just beyond craziness! Karen works at Orchard Gardens in Kelowna so I would consider not booking to stay there!

    Nol reviewed my house 6 weeks before my move but when he came on moving day he had a Budget Rental truck and it was too small. He left 1/4 of my things behind. He didn't want to take the bottom of my bed because it took up too much room but I said he had to take it. I told his assistant that my bedroom rug had to go down first before the bed in the new place but they didn't even take the rug so I had to donate a $1000 rug to a thrift store. Nol kept saying it's my fault because I have too much stuff! He left all my storage shelves and end tables so at my new place I had nowhere to put things, also the 4 drawers that fit under my bed, one of which was the cat's bed. Most of my kitchen things were left behind, all my coats and most of my clothes., and chairs etc. He was upset that i didn't pay him the balance but I told him I'd pay the rest when he brings the rest of my things. He kept complaining I didn't appreciate him enough! BTW, my brother-in-law helped with the move into my new place so he had an unpaid full time helper! He was supposed to meet with my friend 4 days later at the old place to assess what needed to be brought but I cancelled it because I didn't have time to check back to decide. For sure the bedroom rug couldn't come now and I was tied up trying to deal with things here with no storage to put things and coping without needed supplies. He went into a rage and sent an email saying he was all set to see the rest of my stuff but I cancelled that! So then he was so put off that he cancelled talking to me anymore. He said it was real SHITTY to not just pay what was owing and to hold as ransom! ...How dare I do that! I had zero clue! He said I was the worst! That I cared zero about others and was very selfish! He wished he never had helped and someone else came in and wrecked my stuff etc etc! Darn it. What could have been! All all his helpers think I am a piece of crap please know. This is not a professional person. No way could I have him deliver the rest of my stuff after a message like THAT! He would damage it or hold me ransom for whatever he wanted .It took me 6 weeks to find another mover who would take a small job at a reasonable cost. Nol lost $1000 for work he didn't do.... it ended up costing me another $2400. I found out later that HE IS OBLIGATED BY LAW TO DELIVER THE REST OF MY THINGS. I found another similar review AFTERWARD, be sure to check around.

    This crazy woman was told nicely in advance to be ready for us upon our arrival as we had a tight schedule to get to the ferry! All planned by me. Not her! There are no refunds if you miss a ferry. She was not even close to being done with her packing nor ready when we arrived and I even felt for her as she came up with excuses. She also was to get rid of as much as she could which she did not and she knew the size of truck I was getting that would make the snowy Coq hwy with dual tires. I could not fit all in and filled the truck to full max! I gave options but she would not pay the extra and even shorted me 1300! Then he has the guts behind a computer to bad review me when she ripped me off! And she would not come to a solution on the next stage to get the rest of her stuff to her! She is quite mental and this review really should be vanished cause it is so unrealistic and so many falsities and ZERO thanks for all the good and getting so much stuff safely to her! What a nut case! We battled snow and winds too and not one thing was even lightly scratched! All protected well. I wished I never helped or even met her to take a loss on a long distance move like I did! See all the good reviews please and disregard this mental nut job. Karma will get to her on its own regard as liars are always liars! Liars never win in the end.
