   Painless move with Elvis, Davon, and Juan. Arrived a bit early (yay). Prompt, efficient, courteous, and accomodating. Optimum were referred by Frankie's Express (retired). Would use this company any time! Thank you most sincerely for a worry free experience.

   When it comes to moving, its always worrisome to trust other with your valuables, however I knew once I met mike I was in good hands. He was very helpful and very detailed about the inventory list and what was fragile and of great importance to me. On move day, josh and his crew showed up and from start to finish they had great customer service with smiles on their faces instead of the usually let me hurry up and get this job done look. They were extremely fast, careful, and professional. Best part of all was the flat rate prices given never changed. No hidden surprises. I would highly recommend!!

   I was highly satisfied with the excellent service provided by Justin and the movers he provided us. He comes to the house and gives you an actual estimate for the desired services so that there won't be any surprises on moving day. On the day of our move the movers showed up on time and we're professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and adhered to the moving schedule. They really took excellent care of our possessions. When they unloaded the truck, they made sure that my belongings were set in the desired location and position. They made sure that I was satisfied with how they left everything before leaving. There were no damages made to my old apartment or new home in the move. No possessions were lost or damaged during the move either. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this company and will use them again of o ever need to.

   Phenomenal movers.

   This company is hands down absolutely phenomenal. One of the owners, Justin, came all the way to New York just to give us an accurate in home estimate. The price which he gave was the price which was honored- no unnecessary up selling and no scams! His movers are so professional and so efficient. When moving to a new destination, John kept us updated on his whereabouts the entire time which was extremely appreciated! They were so gentle with all of our items and everything arrived in perfect condition! Thank you Optimum Moving!

   Mover.

   A mover you can trust!  My brothers and I had to coordinate a move for our 84-year-old Dad.  I wound up hiring Optimum Movers based upon both i) their Better Business Bureau rating and ii) an in-person meeting with Justin Rokach, one of the owners.  One of my brothers then handled moving day interactions with the 3-person moving crew.  His comment to me after the move was done says it all: "I thought you struck gold with these movers, I was prepared to be abused and quarreling - but they were great.  I was very impressed". Justin Rokach promised a guaranteed flat rate for the amount of furniture and boxes we planned to move, and that was the price we paid.  They performed all the promised services - whether packing, padding, disposing, or moving - with all done efficiently and carefully.  (Our move was well enough organized that we knew pretty exactly what we were going to need when I met with Justin).   Justin, as well as his brochure, detail many other features we appreciated - such as their procedures to ensure a guaranteed Bed Bug Free move. While we are not planning any more moves anytime soon, if you are, then we recommend going with Optimum Moving of Elmwood Park, NJ for a hassle-free, successful move.    .

   The movers from Optimum Moving could not have been more professional.  Even though it was late at night when we received delivery and they worked all day, their attitude was pleasant and accommodating.  The furniture and entertainment center were put together, boxes were placed where we indicated in an efficient manner. I have recommended this company to my real estate agent so he can suggest Optimum to his clients.  Very satisfied with the services, there was no double talk and no hidden charges.      .

   Seamless move - Thanks to Optimum Moving.

   Hi, This was as seamless as it could get! Best was a flat pre-fixed rate, no dependancy on how much time they take to move stuff or the flight of stairs or any last minute negotiations.   Really happy with the way they did business and would definately recommend Optimum Moving to friends and family..   Thanks, Vivek.

   Great service.

   I can't say enough about how great Optimum Movers were. I never used a long distance mover before so I went online to find someone. Many companies called me back or emailed me but I found their quotes were just too high. Most companies charge you extra for things. But not Optimum. I paid $650 for my long distance move (approx 3 hour travel time one way.)  They supplied the extra packing materials I needed to wrap the furniture and also paid for fuel and tolls.  They communicated with me before the move through e-mails and phone calls to reassure me that everything would go smoothly. The movers were polite, efficient, fast and very helpful. Thank you again Optimum! Keep up the good work!

    Excellent.

    I contacted Nate from Optimum Moving regarding my need for a moving comapnay. He explained everything very clearly and the price he quoted me was a binding price which he told me means that the price will not change on the day of my move. The crew he sent out to perform my move was vdry courtious and professional. They wrapped all my items very meticulously especially all my very expensive items. I would definitely recomend Optimum Moving to all my family and friends.
