   Best packing, moving, unpacking expedience ever!

   The guys were outstanding. Eddy, Albert, Doc and the rest of the team were great to work with. On time, packed with precision, and unpacking, they put away everything they could. This was a huge help to my wife and I. If I ever have a need to move again they get the call. Shout out to Will as well, the move coordinator. Girls on the phone were always willing to help as well. It was a tough move going from a house to apt complex but they made it work with their professionalism. Thanks to all the guys and girls that helped my wife and I....I am available to discuss our experience with potential clients of pack and go.

   Do Not Use Them!!

   This company is the WORST! It is full of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. My daughter moved from Bridgeport, CT to Indiana and we hired them to move her things. First, even tho they provided us with a quote and stated that they would not provide an in home estimate they attempted to charge us an additional fee, which we argued and won. Prior to moving, they had stated that we would have the item s delivered by August 3rd since she would be flying to Indiana. We arrived on August 3rd to find out that the things would not be delivered on that date. They then said the middle of the week..no show..no call. Then they said it would be delivered that sunday..again no call no show. NONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Once they have your things they do not answer you or tell you the truth. My husband, my daughter and I had to stay in the empty apartment..sleeping on an air mattress. my daughter is STILL waiting for her things 2 WEEKS LATER. When I called and spoke with MICHAEL his response was legally we have 21 days. They are the worst and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I have never seen a company with such little respect for their customers and the inconvenience they put their customers through. They blame each other and do not take responsibility for their actions. Every time we call er speak with a different person who somehow "cant"get a hold of the dispatcher and give us a concrete date. They are TERRIBLE!!

   Do not trust these guys.

   These guys quote me $890 to move 11 boxes of a variety all sizes from Orlando Florida to Irving Texas. I received a confirmation from a nice lady called Susie. we talked by phone and communicate through Gmail. it was always an open communication from her part but she confirm me that I was going to receive a call from dispatch at day before picking up my stuff the day we agree(7/31).. that call never happened. I ended up calling them today on July 30th to ask for the time the trucker were going to pick up my stuff. the personal from dispatch sounded without a clue about when the trucker was going to pass by my home   .

   Pick anybody but these guys.

   This company quoted a great price, but when the movers finished loading our belongings on their truck, they told us the amount we owed was four times the amount originally quoted. The mover said we did not have a "binding estimate" and that if we had, even though the amount of good transported was more than estimated, our final price would have been about $1300 less. Since the agreement we signed said "Binding Agreement" at the top, we were confused. We've been trying to contact Pack & Go constantly since then and have not received a single response. We have no idea when or if our stuff will ever be delivered and how much we will owe when it is. This is the worst customer service ever. Both misleading and nonresponsive. This is NOT a company you want to do business with. Just so you know who we are referring to, this it Pack & Go Moving, 675 E 30th Street, Paterson NJ 07513.
