House move from Hemel Hempstead to Stoke Goldington
We trusted this family company with our prized possessions and fully recognise that packing and moving 39 years of gear is no mean feat. Accepted their quote that was way above the other contenders. The move took 3 days, some packing was carefully done, but not all. The loft items there was one box that they labelled ‘loft shit’ , not amused!Some itemslooked like they had been thrown from the roof, chunks out of furniture. Windows left open and a velux window left with screws out. They could not dismantle an infrared sauna (we had to do it) .they dismantled the waterbed then put it back together the wrong way round. Their rubbish was left in our old house, there was also one item left behind in every storage place. Labels for locating items were dropped off so careful prep was useless , items tagged to be left were removed. We are missing 2 lap trays(presumably used by the lads). Would YOU recommend them? We certainly would NOT.
