   Professional movers.

   Perfect Moving company was wonderful moving our house. Movers showed up on time and were very friendly. Guys were professional and prompt. They treated our furniture with great care and attention, using packaging materials. It was one of the best experience we have ever had. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you Perfect Moving fr making our move smooth and stress free.

   Excellent Customer Service.

   We hired Perfect Moving for our move after calling so many companies in the area. I started to understand the difference between companies and services they offered.  Lady on the phone was very friendly and fulfilled excellent customer service. Movers showed me great care and attention to my belongings, that made me feel comfortable and confidence. They packed very well all my items and furniture and put them in place as per our request.  Guys were very professional and the whole process ran very smooth. I really appreciate them providing such a great service and positive attitude. Truly a wonderful experience is what I got from them. I will definitely have Perfect Moving back and recommend to friends. Highly recommended.

   Downtown to Richmond Hill.

   I had one bedroom condo in heart of toronto downtown. I had hard time finding the right company for the right price. When I called up PERFECT MOVING and spoke with customer care about moving cost and time. I understood at that moment that's the right company. They gave me amazing price for my move. Guys was very profesional and careful. Everything was in blankets nothing was left to get damaged. They were very fast at loading elevator and loaded it fully up, not like other companies like to do that go for half full elevators. I recomend PERFECT MOVING for many reasons! Amazing job, fast, clean and careful! And most important for right price! REALLY PERFECT!!

   Far from perfect.

   “Perfect” is false advertising. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. Drivers came late and they are outsourced. They don’t work directing for the company 2. You’ll notice their policies are not available on their website. I learned that after my TV was delivered damaged and unfortunately not covered 3. I specifically confirmed that my mattress & couch be shrink wrapped; after confirmation, it was still not done and dust/dirt got on my cushions 4. Admin fee of 4% charged if you use a credit card to pay. This is not stated on the website nor was it communicated despite us asking if there was a difference paying cash or credit.

   Aggressive Driver, Dismissive Management.

   Driver pulled out of left hand turning into the centre lane immediately in front of me forcing me to come to almost a complete stop. I honked my horn. As I passed him, he gave me the finger! I responded in kind. Further down the road he pulled up to my right side, and started squeezing me out of my lane. I sped up to avoid him and when we hit the next red light he pulled up beside me and spit into my window. I closed my window as he yelled challenges for me to get out of my car for a fight. I leaned over and snapped a photo of him giving me the finger. I called to report the driver and the receptionist Christina accused me of lying, saying "our drivers don't do that". I told her that I have a photo of the driver giving me the finger in the cab above their company logo. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said nobody was around and to call back tomorrow. When I called today, she said they were all in meetings which could last anywhere from 1-4 hrs and said I could only talk to her. I asked if she preferred that I write a review on the internet and she said "Do whatever makes you feel better". The aggressive driving can't go well with zero damage. A review I read said that the company ignored complaints about damaged items..not surprising. Ask yourself, do you want drivers like that from a company that ignores complaints moving your personal belongings?

   Horrible Moving Experience.

   Terrible moving company, definitly stay away. They sent a very dirty truck (the inside), with 2 old 40  lazy men, and one of them did not even speak english. The movers smoked in the back of the truck with our stuff while unloading, were extremely rude when talking to us. And they over charged us and would not finish unloading our things until we paid them the cash, in which they then left all of our things on the loading dock and left myself and another girl to move our own things up to the 21st floor alone. They took 50 minutes to drive a 20 minute distance between houses since there getting paid by the hour and they never moved anything from the apartment to the truck OR the truck to the apartment. They made myself and my room mate (both 115 lb girls) move everything out of the apartment down the elevator and to the truck and they loaded the truck. It was an exhausting day and it took us 5 hours to move a small 2 bedroom apartment because we basically move ourselves and paid $400 for a truck and 2 lazy old men to watch us. After the move we called the company to resolve our problem and the company would NOT call us or email us back about the issue. We posted a comment on there "reviews" section of there web site and they deleted it that day, clearly showing they do not allow people to put bad comments on there site and probably write all the good reviews themselves!! It is disgusting how they run there company and I can't believe there still in business. It was a horrible experience as a first timer to use a moving company and I probably would never do it again with ANY companies.  .
