   These Guys were awesome.

   I had a 5 bedroom house and these guys were professional and fast! The pricing was also very reasonable and their moving truck was big!

   Professional Movers!

   I'm really happy with the professional packing and moving services I received from Pick Up and Go Moving. They were really prompt to answer all my questions and  concerns. The movers arrived on time and their apperance was really neat. The movers kept me posted on the process of my move throughout the day; the movers were very careful with my furniture. My overall move was great! I would highly reccommend!! .

   Wow... not a good one

   How bad are these movers? Let me count the ways. First, they let me schedule my move through their fancy online portal. Great start, right? Wrong. My move was set for 9:00 AM. Guess who didn't show up at 9:00 AM? These guys. I texted them, and they said, "Someone should be calling you." Spoiler alert: no one called. An hour later, I text again: "Still no call." Crickets. At that point, I canceled because, honestly, if they can't handle a schedule, how are they supposed to handle my stuff? These movers are the definition of unreliable. If you value your time, your sanity, or your belongings, I'd recommend running far, far away. Terrible movers, terrible communication, terrible experience. 0/10 would not recommend.

   Stealing and smoking weed

   Try to make this short. I hired this company to move me from Gwinnett to Henry County. They broke my washer and dryer and then the owner refused to pay for them. This was a brand new Samsung set. They failed to strap the washer onto the dolly and it fell off of the loading ramp. They also stole several items from my home. This included family heirlooms jewelry and electronics. While waiting for me to meet them at the new home. I approached the moving truck to let them know that I had arrived and when they opened the door it smelled like pure wweed.Do not use this company. They are crooks and criminals. Thought that I was getting a good deal. Only thing that I got was ripped off.

   Horrible Service Horrible Owner.

   HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER WHO TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 404-312-2226 SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT THEN CANCEL ON ME 45 MINUTES AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE. THEY HAVE NO REMORSE OR EVEN TRIED TO MAKE IT THAT DAY THAT I HAVE CONFIRMED. THEY THEN CAME THE NEXT DAY THE MOVERS ARE LAZY AS HELL. THEY IMMEDIATELY ASK ABOUT TIP UPON ARRIVAL AND COMPLAIN DURNING THE WHOLE MOVE. I STILL PAID AND TIP THE TWO GUYS NAME RASHEED AND HIS COUNTERPART. RASHEED PUT MY BEDS TOGEHTER AND DIDNT EVEN SCREW ANYTHING IN. I DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL THEY LEFT. I THEN CALLED THE OWNER TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT, AND HE PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE AND ASKED ME TO CALL THE DRIVER, IN WHAT WORLD DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE. THE OWNER CALLED ME EVERYDAY AS HE WAITED FOR HIS ZELLE PAYMENT TO CLEAR BUT DID NOT HAVE THE SAME ENERGY WHEN IT CAME TO MY SERVICE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS THEY ARE LOWER THAN TRASH. I ALWAYS STRIVE TO SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES BUT COMPANIES LIKE THIS GIVE ALL BLACK BUSINESS OWNERS A BAD NAME. AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COST. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT BEING PAID AND NOT PROTECTING YOUR THINGS ARE DOING THE JOB THEY WERE PAID FOR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ANS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SHAME ON YALL.

   Choose someone else.

   I hired these gentlemen to help me move 2 months ago. They broke my 65 inch television and to this day they have not reimbursed me for it. They will not return my calls, texts or emails. They are extremely unprofessional. If you have any other option I suggest you go with them I do not recommend this company at all.

   They broke one out of four furniture pieces !!

   My move was mainly boxed, there were only four pieces of furniture all small pieces, and they broke one of them. They stole my furniture cover and then asked why I didn't tip !! I love my black people but every time I try and support them I get treated so badly. I'm so tired of it. If you have sentimental things or if you care about what you have DO NOT CALL THESE MOVERS !!

   Wish I had read these reviews earlier - DISASTER.

   These movers were booked for our move from Kennesaw to Acworth on March 24 2020. They were to arrive around 4 pm however arrived 4 hours late, all along their dispatch called us. The dispatch was not interested maintaining their promised time or apologizing for the delay - instead only wanted to make sure we were still interested and would not cancel the move at starting at 8 pm!! During the packing, they ripped our flooring (vinyl) since they were dragging furniture instead of wrapping and lifting heavy pieces. The loading of the truck was hazard, which resulted in multi-scrapes and scratches on our bed frames and cabinets. During offloading, they dropped our almost new washer and dryer on the driveway which bent the sheet metal and scratched the front / sides. While unloading, the crew again pushed furniture and gouged our 2 day old newly finish hardwoods! At the end of the nightmare, they were quick to ask for their full payment. I was hesitant to pay when their owner/manager Patrick was only interest in getting the payment and not discuss the damages at the time. I was asked to file a claim and their insurance company would promptly pay out. It's not been almost 2 months - Patrick does not answer calls, respond to emails. We are now proceeding with placing liens on the business and pursuing this business for full recoverable damages.

   Stay away from this company!!

   This company is extremely unprofessional and completely disrespectful. The rep originally told me that the arrival time would be between 6:00pm-8:00pm and that someone would call me 1 hour before the arrival time. At 7:30pm I called to double check on the arrival time. The rep then says that the team will arrive after 9:00pm. I explained to the rep that this should have been explained better in Detail and I wouldn’t have waited around for 2 hours for nothing. I would have ran a few errands and just came back. The rep got upset and cursed me out and told me that nobody was coming. Stay away from this unprofessional company. This is why I always second guess doing business with black owned businesses.

    Don't use for hi end items.

    They moved us fast, but don't use them for hi end items, unless you watch them all the time, because they will break your item then run. James tried to fix the dress he broken will screws and couldn't and told me he'll be back the next day but never returned. James said they have insurance up to $300 for troubles like this, but when we called the office and talk with Patrick he just hang-up in your faces, when trying to solve the problem. These people are bad news unless you don't care about you items.
