   The movers were nice but the person on the phone was rude and did not care about anything I was saying. They charged double what we agreed!

   Bad Customer Service.

   I know how a business works. I’ve worked freelance for myself for several years as well as in reputable businesses that treat customers with respect. After voicing my concerns (in frustration) about paying for an estimated additional 30 min prior to getting the items off the truck to know the exact time the move ended, Leo CHOSE to respond to me in a harassing and derogatory way stating “speak to me like a lady like you were yesterday don’t speak to me like an animal”. First of all, there no way to speak “like a lady” and second telling someone they are speaking like an animal is unacceptable. He then proceeded to say oh your bill and hung up on me. Money was never the issue I just did not feel confortable paying on an estimate that was higher than I knew it would be (which I ended up being right). People are nice until you have complaints and they go off the rails. I am allowed to be uncomfortable with something and Leo is allowed to run his business but I do not take verbal harrassement lightly and I will not be degraded because I am a female dealing with an all male moving company. There is a way you speak to people when they are frustrated about something that they were not aware of before that will put them at ease but Leo is not the guy to do that. I work in marketing/social media and noticed they removed the option to write reviews on their Facebook page which is very interesting as well. Yes things go wrong or become confusing but that’s life and business. It shows your true character when you say rude things to people when there is an issue with your customer even though they did not call you a name or curse at you. My suggestion to this team is to make sure the paying before unloading on an ESTIMATED finish time with refund if needed is CLEAR and hire and actual customer support line not “Ruby Receptionist” that can provide sound and polite customer resolutions. Sometimes a business owner just doesn’t know how to interact with customers when things go wrong. I have never felt so degraded as a woman but I refuse to let one uneducated person’s words hold any weight.

   Horrible service.

   Popeyes moving company provides horrible service. They damaged many things which they stated they would file with their insurance. After 2 months they denied the claim. And the owner actually threatened me. I feel bad for the workers who truly busted their butt to get the job done but were put under too much pressure to focus on the job. Don't use them.

   Ripped off.

   Never do business with this company I was charged almost triple what he quoted me. They also charged me $62 for tape. This company is a ripoff. Leo is a bad business man very nasty! Never use popeyes moving company. They wouldn't take my furniture off the truck until I paid them cash only.
