   Aweful company.

   They push me load staff 2 days than plan. And put all my staff in the storage room for 20 day. Their service department employees are rude, lying all the time. They tried to overcharged me on fee(fortunately I keep all the document and record their conversation) Working with them is nightmare! Avoid them no matter how cheap they are!!

   Precision Movers.

   I moved in November 2015 and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I am posting this July of 2015 and I am still trying to get my personal items back. I signed my contract with National Moving Group and was completley unaware that they were contracting a secondary mover, Precision Movers for the delivery of my personal belongings. Not only was I misguided, lied to, HARASSED by National Moving Group and Precision Movers staff for MORE MONEY, and taken advantage of. Precision Movers destroyed all of my brand new furniture (that cost around 6,000.00 that I'm still paying on), missing pieces to my furniture, warped my custom table cover and 3 complete boxes of my personal items re still missing, all of my glasses and plates were borken and I'm missing my pots and pans with NO RESTITUTION. Every box that came back to me was completely ripped open, rummaged through and the boxes were either completely smashed in or completely ripped open down the sides of the boxes (so bad that the movers had to re-tape the boxes back together horizontally and vertically). I even found one of the movers back belts in my box. I would NEVER recommend this company to move anyone's personal belongings. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.The only reason why I selected a one star rating is because I had to pick at least one star. I would rate them with a zero star rating.
