   Prime Line VanLines LLC movers handled my move without any issues. They were well-trained and arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to get an early kick-start. After doing a quick inspection, they first meticulously wrapped my furniture in thick fabric cloth and furniture blankets. And then later packed my electronics and kitchenware with just the same amount of care, if not more. Next, they made sure to deliver everything within 3 days to my new place in one piece. I was impressed at how effectively they handled it all with ease. I will hire them again for sure!

   Grateful for all the assistance their moving crew provided during my move. Since it was my first time moving, I didn’t know how to handle everything. But thankfully, the movers took charge and handled it all from start to finish. Other than packing and delivery, they even disassembled and reassembled my furniture for me. They had to stay back for 2 hours extra because of it and they didn’t even charge me any additional cost. It could have been a very stressful time for me, but their dedication to assist me truly made the experience a whole lot better. They have my highest recommendation!

   I immediately hired this company when I saw how cheap their services were. They also offer all services like packing, loading and unloading. I was amazed at how hard they worked and how much attention to detail they put into packing. They are totally worth the price. Everything went smoothly.

   **I am hoping to update this when they finally contact us and when we make the move if nothing to stolen or damaged** (only 2 stars not 1 because I am hoping they will resolve this!) My husband and I are moving from Utah to Florida. We contacted this company and they seemed reliable and we wrote up our contract. Some things to note. -we saw some negative reviews pop up about them arriving and up charging by thousands. Their box size is 1 x 1 x 1 feet. Not a typical moving box. So our original moving quote was 30 boxes which we have but it’s 30 small boxes. This would be 30 cubic feet. Our normal tubes you can buy at any store gets us to 120 cubic feet. -we have tried to call multiple times to update our quote so they cannot charge us an insane difference. Each week they say someone will call and no one will. They originally said someone will call 3-5 days before the move. This way you are out of the 7 day out cancelation fee. -we stated we have a large sectional couch and it was marked as a 3 seater couch so that will be an up charge. -we were told we could get a full cash refund as long as we cancel before the 7 days out. They then said that isn’t true we can only get a credit to use with them

   Dishonest company.

   Misleading, dishonest. Not a true moving company. Brokers only. Estimate increases with each person you deal with. No accountability, no customer support. I was charged for empty space above my items on truck. Estimate (cost) exceeded the actual cubit feet of my storage unit itself, which was no where near full. My things are sitting in a warehouse. 9 days, NO WORD from anybody.

   Everything they told us was a lie. They changed the price by 3000 after the truck was loaded . I would give them negative stars if possible . They do not care . Most of our stuff was damaged or gone through .

   I KNOW NO ONE KNOWS ME, BUT I REALLY HOPE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE LAST 16 MONTHS OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN THE MOST DIFFICULT TIME OF MY LIFE. I HAD A 1 POUND BABY NOT KNOWING IF HE WOULD LIVE OR DIE FOR 4 MONTHS. I BECAME A SINGLE MOM AND IN A STATE AND CITY WHERE I HAVE NO FRIENDS AND NO FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING SO HARD WITH POST PARTUM DEPRESSION AND THIS WAS MY LAST ATTEMPT TO TRY AND MAKE MY LIFE BETTER. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA THAT I AM DYING SLOWLY AND THEY TAKE THE LITTLE MONEY I HAD LEFT. I HAVE NO MORE HOPE IN HUMANITY, I HAVE NO MORE ENERGY, AND I HAVE NO MORE FIGHT IN ME. So, if you see this and you are not in the best place just know I'm sorry they did this to you too. I engaged with Primeline Van Lines on April 19th around 10 pm. They provided a quote and pressured me into an immediate decision, claiming a saving of approximately $1500. Despite expressing the need to consider other options, I was coerced into committing on the spot by Daniel at 954-408-4957. **Issues:** 1. As of May 2nd, 6 pm, I have yet to receive confirmation of my moving date despite paying a 50% deposit of $1,439. When I called, I was told to contact them the next morning, leaving me anxious and uncertain. 2. Mitch contacted me on April 30th or May 1st, attempting to upsell additional services. Despite my declining, the quote increased significantly for minor additions, showing a disregard for transparency. 3. At the end of my initial call, I was informed that MOVING MANIA would handle my move. This switch confused me, especially after seeing their low rating compared to Primeline Van Lines. 4. Moving Mania's misinterpretation of my inventory further exacerbated the confusion. They misrepresented my Can-Am Ryker and failed to acknowledge my long dining table, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail. 5. The quote doubled from $3000 to almost $6000 without any changes to my initial inventory, indicating dishonest pricing practices. 6. The company's negligence in accurately assessing inventory is concerning. They overlooked essential items such as TVs, baby gear, and furniture, leading to inaccuracies in the quote and ultimately, the service provided. 7. The company's business practices are deeply troubling: - Pressure tactics to make immediate decisions without adequate time to review contracts. - Offering misleading discounts and false promises to secure business. - Requiring non-disputable ACH payments, enabling them to retain funds even in cases of dissatisfaction. - Deposit payments directed solely to Primeline Van Lines, not the actual moving company, raising questions about financial transparency. - Deliberate errors in contracts to present lower prices, deceiving customers into accepting inflated charges. **Conclusion:** Primeline Van Lines' unethical conduct and lack of transparency warrant caution for anyone considering booking with them.

   Do Not Recommend! Stay far away. They lie a lot and likely paid the other reviewers. This is a brokerage company and will not care what happens once they get you to sign a contract. Find someone you can work more directly with who is honest! Check the BBB this company isn't even on there probably because they are shady. Good luck and stay safe.

    Wired $800 from my bank as soon as I asked for a cancellation

    I contacted Prime Line Van Lines over the phone on March 27th, 2024 to have them move 101 boxes for me. I provided exact dimension of all boxes, and was provided a non binding quotation, and asked to provide financial information for the pickup. On Monday April 1st, I was informed that they would NOT be able to move my boxes without a significant overcharge of nearly $1000 due to their initial quotation UNDER calculating the cubic footage of the boxes despite the fact I had provided all information accurately, and that I could either have them leave 25% of my boxes behind, or pay the extra bill. I spoke with management, and management told me their system will take the exact numbers inputted in a quotation and ROUND DOWN to create a low-ball estimate. This is a common fraud tactic according to the department of Transporation, and is not allowed. https://www.oig.dot.gov/investigations/household-goods-moving-fraud I refused to pay the extra $1000, and requested that my items be picked up with the original quotation, and was told this would not happen unless I gave them more money. So on April 2nd, I requested a full cancellation as no service was provided. On April 2nd, Prime Line Van Lines wired $759.85 out of my account upon me speaking with a manager and explaining how I would no longer need their services. When I asked them to refund this, they told me they could not. When I asked them for a billing department, they told me there was no billing department and that I could only email them. The invoice has a phone number for their billing department. This department does not exist (The extension will cause the phone to hang up). This is wire fraud, preying on desperate folk, and lines up perfectly with a moving scam. I want a full refund of the money sent, but have been informed that there will be no refunds, and there is no billing department which I can speak with to resolve the matter. I have sent emails explaining the issue, and have been told no one will reach out to me further. My bank has been called and a police report will be filed, but I would like to have their site taken down or reported as illegitimate. People I spoke with at the company: Jay Reed (created the inaccurate quotation, and told me the billing department was requesting me put in bank information for the deposit upon item pickup) Sam (Manager) (Told me that the only way I can solve my problem is to wait until moving day when the van is already there to pick up my items. Which is another moving scam and a way to make sure more money can be extorted.) Jordan (Spoke with me on the phone, promised to call me back and resolve the issue, and then my account had the money fraudulently wired out) Josh (Customer service. Told me there is no one else I can speak with, no billing department, and that he will not assist me in recovering stolen funds.)
