   Awesome Experience!!!

   We had an AWESOME experience with Prime Moving. They absolutely went above and beyond with the service they have provided. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative from our planned long distance move. We'll be moving to a high rise condominium as well and they understood our concern of the logistics. The movers were so great that they even repacked our mattress that we brought. We received our packages intact (they didn't break or scratch anything). We will absolutely recommend them and we're grateful for their services.

   Great service!

   A very fair price and excellent service. Super friendly from the start and very organized handling my items! Additionally they communicated with me every step of the way, I never was left wondering when my items would be picked up or when they would be delivered.

   10/10 recommend Prime Moving! We used them today to unload a 28’ trailer into our new home and had the pleasure of working with Brian, Felix and Will C. These three were incredibly hardworking, efficient, helpful and polite. We had several very large, heavy and bulky items to move and they did an incredible job getting everything done! We have used several moving companies in the past and I must say AM Moving Co has by far been my favorite! If you need movers in the Dallas area stop looking and book Prime Moving!

   Wow!!!

   It's the absolute best moving company I've worked with. Amazing communication, clear and transparent conversation on all charges. I was okay with the extra fee because their truck wouldn't fit on my street, but come moving day, they showed up with the big truck anyway saving me an extra $400. Honest, courteous, and professional is the best way to describe everyone I talked to at this company, they all have the same kind of professional personality! They got my stuff from Oregon to Oahu in just under 4 weeks!

   Move from HI to CO

   Great company! Worked with them to move from HI to CO and they were quick, efficient, and followed through. I have worked with many moving companies and this one was the best one I have seen in a while. They made sure we had updates along the way and it ended up only taking 3 weeks to get our things. They were also able to accommodate our date changes for pickup, which was very much appreciated.

   Long distance move from Boulder Colorado to Kailua-Kona Hawaii

   Overall we would highly recommend Prime Moving for any long distance move. For our move to Hawaii, all parties involved from sales, client service and actual movers were professional, conscientious and courteous. The reason for not providing a 5 star rating is after our container arrived to the Hawaii port on time, the wait time for our items to be off-loaded was longer than anticipated resulting in a two week delay to receiving our delivery.

   Grateful for the door to door service

   I am grateful I had door to door service to move my motorcycle from Hawai'i to the mainland. Was it pricey? Absolutely, but you are getting door to door, and when you can nail them down to come, they handle it. Not to mention my motorcycle would be going to San Diego, and my destination was the north bay area. I did not get my moving blanket or motorcycle cover I left on the bike, but my bike is intact, which is huge for me. The estimate fordelivery was four weeks, but I received it in three, awesome. The guys who came to drop my bike off were so personable. They took great care in removing my bike from the crate it was in, and we're very pleasant guys to work with. This process for me was ideal, because I needed peace of mind, and PRIME MOVING delivered for me. I would use this company again for the results I received. Much Aloha Guys??

   California to Hawaii (Kona)

   My overall experience was very good. Leo(my first contact person) was great. Then they gave me a new(move captain) her name was Teddy. She was ok but lacked communication skills and was forgetful. Had a couple times where I waited 2-3 days for a response. All my items were in boxes so the crew did not have to wrap/pack anything, so I can't comment on their skills in that department. They took a thorough inventory of my items with photos and numbered labels. They were very polite and courteous. Communication was good via txt/email/phone. Delivery was within the time frame given and nothing was damaged. Please read their contract in its entirety. "Storage In Transit" is from the time it leaves your home not the port. There are also stair & long carry fees. Make sure you have the correct cubic feet needed. If they pick up your items and get them to their facility and see you need more space than your requested, your moving costs will increase significantly. I would definitely use Prime Moving in the future.

   Absolute scam.

   I was quoted one price for the move, but after they finished, they said, Oh, there’s an extra charge for stairs. Excuse me? I live on the third floor and told them that when I booked. Suddenly, they’re demanding $300 more for something we already discussed? I refused to pay the extra, and they started getting aggressive, saying I signed a contract. Absolute scam.

    Thieves

    Terrible. The worst! I’ve moved several times in the past decade and while it’s always stressful — this company was the worst! They stole several items and then claimed they were never included in the inventory, after I personally had them wrap and notate the items. Long story short — they are crooks. You MIGHT get your items (including a brand new dining table, giant mirror and heavy wooden bookshelf) or… they may decide to take them from you. Either way — they were rude, incompetent, & ultimately thieves. Headed into a law suit to force adequate compensation for the items they stole.
