Fast and secure packaging was used for everything. Their inquisitiveness and the number of questions they asked about proper etiquette shocked us. I really pray that Proud American Vanlines understands how important it is to have competent packers on the relocation crew.

Talk about professionalism with a side of swag! These movers had it all. Their crew arrived bang on time, decked out in their sleek uniforms, ready to rock and roll. They handled my delicate glassware and fragile furniture. And boy, did they hustle! They wasted no time, quickly loading and unloading with impressive efficiency. Mind Blowing
I have previously told all my friends how great they are, and I still think that way. Knowing how much the move would cost was a relief, since they are the best movers out there. No hidden fees or charges were involved. Jerry was really nice and watched over my stuff. Kudos. Professional, helpful, and polite
Excellent and expert assistance was provided. Douglas and his coworker came to my rescue when I called them at the last minute, and I couldn't have been more pleased. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and friendly, and brought a spotless van and tools. They were able to expertly maneuver my large piece of furniture through a narrow and winding hallway, which seemed like an impossible feat at the outset. Extensive recommendation and future use!

Good experience
The following day we had to finish an urgent move. When I searched Google List, Proud American Vanlines was suggested. I spoke with the Agent in a matter of minutes, and he scheduled everything for 8 am the following morning. The crew completed the entire job in six hours after arriving on time. The team did a great job of keeping me informed of their progress. I was surprised to see how quickly they completed it!

Professional, helpful, and polite
Easy to deal with. No problem changing the delivery and pickup dates which I had to do multiple times. The prices are very reasonable. Everyone I had to speak with was very good. I would use Proud American Vanlines again. Recommend them.

Great Customers Service
Adam, a consummate professional, arrived promptly at every appointment we scheduled and always made himself available to answer all of our questions. The team was on time and worked swiftly to move all of our boxes down two flights of stairs, saving us a lot of stress and time. They did everything in two trips and took the utmost care with our stuff. Some of the more oversized items took the time to disassemble carefully. They reassembled it once again after moving it to the new location. Surely recommended!
