   Professional Movers

   Robert called ahead of time to give me a heads up of their time of arrival. They showed up did a quick survey of the furniture and boxes to be moved. They got right to work and moved all the boxes out and shrink wrapped the big furniture items.They were both friendly and had everything moved out in no time!

   Be careful of that company. This is a scam. We paid $600 from Mission Viejo to Anaheim for one bedroom apartment and they are still ask more money after the moving. Her is the story: First, they are not professional cause they use 2 skinny young boy like a students. Second, they don't organize all the stuff and furniture in the big truck, so they can left some of your belongings and different furniture because it is supposed to be one round trip and they do it in purpose. They are not honest. We have to come back to pick up and transport the rest of our stuffs. And the worst is that after their services, they keep your valuable belonging as they kept our TV to blackmail us to ask extra fees and if you don't pay, they will leave with your TV. We should call the police but we were late. So in total, we paid $900 for one trip and we have to go back to get the rest of the stuffs that they didn't take. They were just pretending that their truck was full and no more room. However, it was a huge long truck. They can not go far away with the money they charged to us. Karma will give your punishment.

   Worst Customer Service/Damaged Items

   Owner was the most unprofessional at customer service. Movers damaged my brand new couch, and the company completely stopped replying after the move. Had to dispute the deposit through the bank and left a BBB complaint, still with 0 response.

   PURELY MOVE COMPANY, scam and worst moving company in the USA

   I do not recommend that you do your move with this PURELY MOVE company. this moving company is not serious and I can even say that it is a scam company. during my move, the movers, who I specify are not professional, have damaged and lost my furniture. at the end of the move, this company did not take the amount indicated during the reservation, I paid much more. I tried to make a complaint to this company to get reimbursed for the damage they committed. I couldn't get a refund. I had to sue them. this company is for me and with my experience, the worst moving company in the USA. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU EXPOSE YOURSELF TO BIG PROBLEMS LATER.
