Appearance and mannerism.
My driver was grumpy and unkempt goes by the nick name sullie had no shoe laces in his running shoes I'm sure they were not steel toed or csa approved and talked down to his workers I was given an estimate of my weight of my household goods and it did not correspond with the piece of paper with the scale weight however they still charged me the greater weigh. They had another little shipment of another client I'm sure I was charged for that.
