DO NOT USE RAPID VAN LINES
It has now been 90 days and we still do not have a quarter of our belongings. RAPID VAN LINES has lied to use at every turn and have not communicated in any form as to where are belongings are or whether they even have them. They said they would send us pictures but that was another lie. They have multiple law suits against them and have changed their name before to avoid the BAD press and reviews they always get. Even the drivers have told us that all the positive reviews you see on line are all planted and lies. They have told us their storage facilities are a mess and have not organization to them which is why no one gets their belongings all at once. They will tell you to read your contract every time until the contract no longer protects them, then they just avoid you and hope you go away. I will continue to wright these reviews about RAPID VAN LINES until I know they are out of business or lose as must business as possible. These people are crooks and you should avoid them at all costs. You will loose your money and not get your belongings.!!!
