   THIEVES! If you value your belongings, Reliable Delivery is NOT Reliable! Colin and Jesse were my movers in March 2020. I chose Reliable Delivery because of their great reviews, accolades and of course their name. Colin was very firm with me saying that nothing would be loaded onto the truck that wasn't secured. His manager Josh confirmed this. His attitude was not what you'd expect from a company with awards for customer service. Jesse's attitude was much more professional. My Bose Bluetooth speaker wasn't secured in it's original box and was moved while I went to get more tape to secure it. Jesse was in the room with me. Colin was emptying the garage and moving boxes I had stacked near the doorway of the condo to help move things quickly. No one knew where the Bose speaker was or saw it. The box that it was in was placed at my new address empty on a shelf in the garage. I texted Colin and reported the missing speaker. I had a brand new replacement queen size mattress protector in the origin garage, in the box it was shipped in, also not secured and Colin was told not to load it. Why were they loaded not secured? He was also told not to load a huge box of wardrobes that I purchased from Amazon. When I questioned where the box was, he disrespected me by raising his voice, asking me if I wanted him to unload. I am a single Black woman who hired this company to move me and/or store my belongings. I'm sure if I were a man, he wouldn't have spoken to me in that manner. Long story which I will tell to whomever asks. To be brief, my Bose Bluetooth speaker and the mattress protector were STOLEN and my Total Gym, Fluidity Ballet Barre and a lighted makeup mirror were damaged. I received a check for $45 for my speaker, mattress protector and mirror. Nothing for my exercise equipment. I was told by Josh, the manager, who also has a customer service problem, that they don't hire people that steal! Telling me that my speaker will show up when I've gone through all my boxes. It did not. He also told me that their reputation was very important to them. I guess importance doesn't have value to this company. It was a horrible time to move, during a pandemic with very little housing availability and a state of mind caused by the pandemic. I just realized that I put my Onyx earrings in that speaker box because I left them on the bathroom counter. Thinking they would be safe inside. Hopefully there's nothing else missing! Can you imagine storing with this company?
