   Wow, I wish I had read the previous reviews before hiring this company!! I was given an estimate over the phone and paid a deposit for service the next day. Only 2 men showed up when it was supposed to be three according to the estimate. The 3rd man finally showed up 45 mins late. They spent 45 mins loading their own truck with my stuff when they were supposed to be loading the storage pod out front. i complained to the company that i shouldn't be charged for the time they wasted and the same employee that gave me the estimate and took my deposit told me that he got approval to credit me an hour for the wasted time. I was billed for 3 hours when it only took them an hour and a half. My deposit had not been deducted and the hour of wasted time wasn't credited. i called the company 5 times for a copy of the itemized invoice and a copy of the contract and no one would call me back. the CEO emailed me and refused to help me. His response was to make irrelevant arguments and called me a liar. What makes it even worse is that they quality of service was sub-par! None of my items had been packed and they were loaded haphazardly and with no consideration for maximizing space. i had to hire another company to come fix what they screwed up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

   This company is terrible, as they damage your items , and do not return calls or e- mails. They are totally unprofessional and the owner - Chase Carlisle - is a con artist. Please tell EVERYONE considering using this company that they are to be avoided as they are not reputable. I will be glad to give anyone my story.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tell your family and friends as well. Here is my experience moving from Bham to ATL (you cannot make this stuff up). I have moved over 20 times and they are the worst movers I've ever used. 1) They brought the wrong sized truck so many items were left and had to be brought later. Some of which never came at all. 2) They significantly damaged a number of items including my grand piano. I spent $500 to fix the piano and they refused to reimburse me. 3) They lost items. They actually left them on the truck. After 3 emails and 3 phone calls and 2 weeks later they "found" them under some blankets on the truck. This was only after I demanded reimbursement for the missing items. 4) Worst of all, during the move the "lead guy" made inappropriate comments to my 15 year old daughter on 3 different occasions to the point where she felt uncomfortable and went out of her way to avoid him. The lead guy did this. I have now gotten an attorney involved. They are a terrible. Use anyone but them. Feel free to private message me if you want any more details.
