   I dealt with Tim and Dave. The movers were very thorough, worked well together to get my things moved from my home to a patio home. The men were very courteous and respectful. This was the second time I have used them and would again if I had to move. I would absolutely recommend them.. Prior to the move I had a team of excellent women do the packing and then after the move they came and did the unpacking and put things away. The women all were very respectful and I would use them again. They went above and beyond.

   Friendly, professional, respectful workmen. They arrived on time, made quick work of the move...within the time frame quoted, very fair price. Everything arrived without issue. Yes, would recommend these guys.

   Initially met with Tim and Dave. They were very thorough in asking what furniture and items needed to be moved, came to look and gave us a fair estimate. When it came to the move, Tim was in constant communication along the way, even with some bumps in the road that were out of his control. Our items arrived without any issue and they arranged for movers locally to help unload all of our stuff. I was very happy with the service, would use again but I certainly am not going back to NY!

   Rochester Moving & Storage Good on Schedule Poor on Quality.

   We used Rochester Moving and Storage to move our furniture and tools. The move was only about a mile in distance. The good: They arrived on time and the estimate was very close to the actual cost. The not so good: We had minor damage to a number of pieces of furniture, a damaged bracket on a piece of machinery and they forgot to leave the screws for the desk. Contacted them and Dave said he would set up a time in the "next couple days" to come and see the damage and talk about the concerns we had. That was about a month ago and he has not called or come out to discuss our concerns.
