   Broken TV - Wont Replace.

   Hired SA moving guys multiple times however, after this last move, I'll never go back. Our 65" ($1000+) TV was dropped by Juan and it no longer works. My wife and I have been having LOTS of trouble getting it replaced. We are on the 6th week right now and still don't have a replacement tv. Eddie Arroyo (the owner) last provided us an update on June 18th saying he would get us the documents we needed within 2 days. It's been over two weeks and I can't seem to get any updates from anyone. I have kept track of all the email threads for evidence as well as when we called and left voicemails. First couple weeks they said they were "extremely overwhelmed with new moves, the claim would be processes the ASAP" .. now I'm getting "Eddie has been out of town all week". I would highly recommend going elsewhere, it's worth paying a more expensive company to handle your move as I'm sure they would do a better job handling your insurance claim. I'll update this review if this claim ever gets closed but as of now stay away. They are extremely unprofessional.
