   I felt I was in good hands. Thoroughly professional, personable, and competent. Arrived on time, did what was asked, and did it efficiently and well. Highly recommended. Pleasant and engaging people as well. A job well done.

   Very disappointed.

   Truck with trailer was late and when trying to back trailer up to my home a "branch jumped out" & Gregg thought it had broken a light on the trailer. He then drove across the front lawn leaving huge ruts in the grass. He assured me that it would be ok after the winter snows. Since he was already late I hoped that was the case and let it go. When he had first came to give me an estimate I'd told him I wanted him to pack the art work, a couple of lamps and the grandfather clock and I would pack everything else. When he arrived for the move he had not brought ANY packing materials at all. He ended up using furniture pads to wrap them in. He did NOT use pads on the furniture itself and every piece of a 5 section wall unit was damaged; some pieces severely and the cherry wood headboard was badly scratched. I last saw the pendulum of the clock shoved into trash can and have not had the heart to take it out of the storage unit to look at it. Moving from the storage unit to an apt does not happen until later this month or I would attach photos now. He asked to deliver the furniture a day early and that was feasible so I agreed but that may not be possible for everyone. Gregg did make a price adjustment because of the damage. He attitude flipped from good to bad and back again through out both the loading and unloading. I used Gregg because he had moved me successfully on a previous move within VT. I would not recommend him for an out of state move.  .

   Unprofessional

   Delivered to a senior community during Covid-19 spike and mandatory mask wearing by the visitors in Senior Living Communities. Refused to wear masks (entire crew), refused to sign the visitor log, insulted the staff and Director who had to call the police to report them (Vermont Department of Health directives for Senior Living Facilities)
