   Good JOb all round.

   Moved from NY to UK. Dealt with Yaniv, and the process could not have been better. Clear estimate, good price (comparatively) , great set of careful guys send to wrap and pack, led by Ronnie who again was a gent. Couldn't recommend more.

   Great Company and Great Service.

   Have used them to help me with shipping custom made items from Canada to their storage facility in NJ. They have used another company in Canada to pick-ip, pack and crate the items. I checked the items once it was in NJ and all items came in great shape and were packed very well. The storage is great so their storage manager Polar. When I visited their office in NYC they were very curtious and all very nice. Just great people to work with. Thank you Sea and Air International team.

   Sea & Air International completed a large move from New York to Australia and the service was prefect form beginning to end. They sent their company president to assess the move and volume. During the assessment Yaniv made recommendations for some crates that are needed to protect our oil paintings, mirror and some marble tops. The packing crew worked 3 days at our house and had all the crates ready when they came to pack. They did an inventory on ipad and took photos for some of the items. the entire inventory was emails to us a day after the finish to load the container. It is also important to mention that they parked the container outside our home and we had a pleasure to see the team loading and placing all the items into the container right outside the home. They did made us aware that this will not be the case in Australia due to the regulations, we needed to pay money for quarantine as it was explained to us by Sea & Air however the team in Australia did a fabulous job and everything arrived in perfect condition. We highly recommend Sea and Air International to anyone that is looking for great service when moving internationally.

   Worst EVER.

   This company called to cancel my move, during the appointed MOVING DAY itself. To add insult to injury, no one called to inform me until I called them! Horrifying. They contracted another company to pack my belonging and they were good enough. My biggest peeve was customer service, they would take weeks to answer any of my questions via email and would have to call them (long distance) to get answers, which all adds up to my expenses. If you are thousands of miles away and your container is being held by a company that does not answer your emails, your in for one big nightmare scenario. Worst part is, now I'm being charged for local Terminal Handling Charges, Container Port Charges and Container Demurrage. This was never explained properly to me while signing contact, another $1200 in charges. Be wary of Yaniv Risman over-the-top sales pitch and Jonathan Smith. Don't - just don't.
