   Moving in Floria.

   We recently had an opportunity to utilize the moving services of Secure Movers, who themselves had been referred to us. It was a multi-pronged move, with household goods going into pods, some material going to the new address, with yet more household goods going to a neutral storage site. We were impressed with the professionalism of the crew, their knowledge and expertise. All was accomplished within a very acceptable amount of time. More importantly, when it came time for delivery, we were overly impressed by the way all pieces had been padded and shrink wrapped, and then stored in the pods, precluding any possibility of damage. It certainly seemed to go over and above similar services we'd received in the past. All was capably managed by Mickey, the owner. We would not hesitate to recommend Secure Movers for your moving needs. Michael M. Tarpon Springs, FL.

   I needed someone to move a disabled family member within a week.. called - scheduled the time - they were there on time - extremely professional and personable - great company - reasonable rates and got the job done on time. If you want a company to move you without any problems then call them. Excellent job! Well done! By the way I live in Boston and this was all handled over the phone..

   Furniture Move of November 18, 2014.

   On November 18, 2014, on short notice, Secure Movers, Inc. picked up and delivered to my home a dining room set that I purchased.   The movers arrived early at my pickup location and carefully loaded the furniture, and delivered to my home the furniture that I purchased.   The furniture was then placed in its final resting position in my home by the moving crew.   The movers were professional and courteous, and my furniture was delivered with no damage.   I highly recommend these movers, and will definitely use this company again on my next furniture move.  Job well done!   Sincerely,   Thomas F.    Florida move.

   The owner Mickey was very professional and pleasant. He came himself to review the items and then quoted me accordingly. The worker Warren Jone and Carl were all very pleasant , courteous and helpful. they worked swiftly, and got the job done in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to move in Florida as Mickey the owner is a professional and has done this for over 20 years .Great  company.

   I've used Secure Movers twice this year and have been extremely pleased each time. They took very good care of my belongings and were careful to not ding walls when moving out of my old place and into the new place. The guys were curteous, polite and very hard workers. They also worked with me to ensure my storage unit was packed exactly the way I wanted it. Overall, my experience with this company has been excellent. If you're moving, I highly recommend Secure Movers! .

   Apartment move to a villa.

   Along with the owner being very informative, friendly, and expressing great customer service Ken and Morgan the movers from secure movers that helped us move on Sept.15th were punctual, professional, patient, friendly, and very conscious of time.This was our first time using movers and the experience proved to be a good choose IT WAS AN AWESOME experience it made our move very PAINLESS, THANKS secure movers for lifting all of our burdens what was so appreciated about this move for me was that my husband had major surgery and wasn't able to help but Ken/Morgan took charge and made everything go smoothly they took time with us they didn't rush us or make us feel uncomfortable nor did they damage our belongings but left us with pleasant thoughts of a move gone smoothly.Thanks Secure Movers.

   Professional Moving Company-Secure Movers.

   I was contacted and asked to give my opinion of Secure Movers. I had just returned from Afghanistan and, out of desperation, contacted a moving company to come and move my stuff for me. I had attempted to use a moving company before I deployed, but couldn’t find a reputable one who would return my calls or emails. The only company that did respond – Apartment Movers – rescheduled/canceled my move three times with no advance notice; including the day before I left the country. Because of that company, I ended up hiring random people online to move my stuff and it was a disaster. I contacted Secure Movers/Tampa Mover the day after I got back to Florida and the lady on the phone assured me they could be trusted, I was very wary, but I decided to give them a chance and we scheduled the move for a couple of days later. The movers showed up on time, handled and moved all of my stuff carefully and when I offered to help they told me to just relax and let them do all the work. They took the time to wrap and protect everything and nothing was damaged or lost when they were finished. The movers were polite, professional and sociable and I was really impressed. I am so happy I took a chance and hired Tampa Mover. Next time I move, Tampa Mover is the ONLY company I will call. I have recommended them to all of my friends, family and fellow soldiers and you should use them too. I have nothing to gain from writing this, I just like to give credit where credit is due and I believe in supporting local businesses; especially honest and reliable ones like Tampa Mover!

   Moving services left much to be desired.

   I hired Secure Movers because of the good reviews online and the prompt, courteous response from the Operations Manager (Nate). There were problems from the start: first, my address was incorrect on the confirmation email after I slowly and clearly provided on the phone at the initial contact which was read back to me correctly. I emailed the company to correct the address error and no one responded. Secondly, the movers were late and they had the incorrect pickup AND delivery addresses that I thought were corrected by email.  Thirdly, after packing up the truck I asked the driver (Warren) before he pulled off, " Do you have the correct address?" and he replied that he did. I drove about 1 hour to my new place and waited about 30 minutes for my movers. I finally called them and they said they were lost, they read off the incorrect address to me AGAIN and I gave them the correct address, which took them 30 additional minutes to arrive. Finally, I saw my dresser (which was a little wobbly initially) and it was totally unusable, all of the drawers were slanted, the back of the dresser was unattached, and very unstable so I am not able to use that piece of furniture again. Then, I saw that my bookcase did not have any shelves and the assistant (Howard) said that he gave me the screws to hold the pieces in, this is completely untrue because he only gave me the file drawer keys. Now I no longer have shelves for my bookcase for which I have MANY books that are still in boxes. In all, I am out 2 pieces of essential furniture, about $600, (charged 1 additional hour for the hour THEY  were lost) and peace of mind about my move, I will not be using Secure Movers again.

    Poor customer service.

    Wife contacted company and inquired about an estimate. Manager have an estimate over the phone and when movers showed up they gave a different estimate. Wife did not know what to do since we were short Notice. Found out this is a common practice in the industry. Ended up arguing with manager and was very rude over the phone and cowardly. Submitted a review on another site and owner contacted me and told me to have a nice life and that I will never win.
