   Rubbish removal.

   Within 15 mins of contacting this company I had a man round giving me a very reasonable quote. The next day the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Thank you for a great and speedy service, cheaper than a skip and a lot less hassle. My garden was cleared of all rubbish and sweep clean and left in good condition.  Due to a broken leg in a car accident I was unable to do the work myself so a big weight was lifted from me when I called in this professional company to do the work for me and I am very glad I made the right choice by choosing the right men for the job.

   House Removal Service.

   I phoned a few man and van companies off the internet and most sounded exactly what it says in the tittle a Man and Van. Although when I contacted this removal company called SGB The Removals Team instantly I noticed a difference! I was met with a voice from a polite lady her names was Kayla (I think that's how to spelt her name). Kayla explained how they do things and went over prices, estimated how long my move would take. I was instantly knocked of my feet I could feel stress and worries being lifted as Kayla spoke. (This was nothing I had heard from  other Man and Van businesses I had found on the same page on the internet). I was advised on using bot one man but two removals men who supply this service daily with a smile and great communication skills (I beleived her). Well i'm sure you know where i'm going with this! So me and my partner after a quick chat decided to look no futher as we had not yet found any other company that told us what to expect when moving! So we called back booked in our house move. Now it is all over (apart from still living out of boxes) let me note we have not moved in 14 years and we are not in good physical condition to even try and do the move oursleves. SGB and the removals team that helped us move was absolutly fantastic they did everything and was a delight to have around both homes new and old. Full of advice hard working straight up communication and most of all eye contact. I was not expecting them to be in uniforms!. (Infact we was happy to book in for the move due to options to chhose from.) But even on the last hour waitng for our removals van we concerned on who might turn up and how they might be like would they be polite and would they really do everything whilst we just watch helplessley. But they did! Thank you ever so much you whole team has been fantastic I hope this review hels you as you lot helped us. Thank you Harry G Paddington Marie L Paddington.

   Took my money and ghosted me

   I paid a £100 deposit for a few items of furniture to be picked up and disposed of. Despite me trying to get hold of themon the day to confirm, they never answered and never showed up. Gave me a spiel about losing their work phone and having missed their collections for that day, said they'd come tomorrow. Never contacted me, ignored all my messages, have kept my money and completely ghosted me and I see they've done this to others, so I will need to go through bank chargeback. Avoid at all costs.

   House clearance scam

   I made the mistake of paying these clowns in full, and am now trying to get them to return the £1540 they took off me. I had hired SGB the Removals Team to come and clear my dad’s house out as he died a couple of weeks ago. They agreed to come to the house last Wednesday, but didn’t turn up. After chasing them about it, they said that they had a driver missing and would come the day after (Thursday) instead. I told them that this was ok, and made arrangements to be at the house on the specific day. On the Thursday, I arrived at my dad’s place early and waited for SGB the Removals Team to come. Once again, they didn’t turn up, but this time they didn’t contact me to explain why. I sent multiple text messages and left multiple voice mails, but got no reply from them. I decided not to wait any longer and started the long drive home (I live 220 miles away from my dad’s house). I arrived home around 4pm and sent another text message with my bank details asking them to return my payment in full. I heard nothing off them, so I raised a scam/fraud report with my bank, providing the bank with the full message trail and evidence of my payments to SGB the Removals Team. As of writing this, I am still waiting for the bank to return the £1540 that I had paid to these scammers. Please don’t let these guys fool you, they cannot be trusted.

   SGB The Removals Team.

   I paid £190 in advance for a house move and waited all day for them to show up. They didn't. Now they are not answering my calls, texts or facebook messages about a full refund. This is theft. Do not use this company.

   Fraudulent company.

   Do not use at any cost. I have had to take Mr Stephen Grant Bremner to court and got a CCJ issued against him for taking our money and not turning up, He promised to repay but never has so now looking to enforcement. Do not pay this man a single penny he is a con artist.

   Fraudulent company.

   Paid in advance for removal, did not turn up and was promised full refund which to date has not appeared. All attempts to contact SGB on mobile and landline have not been answered. Contacted the Police regarding fraud also trading standards regarding breach of contract. Will take this company and its owners to court for a full refund of the £190 paid, plus damages and costs. DO NOT USE OR PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

   No service, no refund.

   Paid in advance for a sofa to be collected and dropped off only to be waiting in for six hours, called to find out what was happening numerous times only to be told I would be called back in 15 minuets, never was! Item was never actuall collected as agreed and paid for. Was promised by ‘viv’ I would receive a full refund, which has yet to materialise, after over a month. Will not answer my calls but if I try from another number they are quick to pick up, pass the buck and never actuall refund. Terrible customer service and have stolen our money highly recommend you stay away from these cowboys.
