Friendly, but needs better communication.
Quick pick up, very friendly, car arrived at destination just as it was when it was picked up. But, communication was poor. Originally, we were told the car would be delivered the next day. When it started getting late and we had heard nothing, we called - and were told it was going to be another day before delivery..next day, exact same story - except after first being told it would arrive that evening, we never heard another word and no one returned our calls. Finally, the following day, after 2 messages, we reached the dispatch and were told it was only an hour away. That was true and the car arrived and the driver was very nice. Again, I recommend this company as they took care of the car - but their communication was very poor. Simple updates would have eliminated any frustration. No big deal that there was a two day delay from when they said the car would be delivered - but the lack of communication in today's marketplace is really unacceptable.
