   Superb Customer Service.

   The quote for service was on point and extremely fair.  The movers took extreme care and caution with my items.  The workers were consistent and did not take a lot of breaks.  They were respectful and courteous. The truck was clean.  I highly recommend their services. Overall a good experience and will use them again in the future.

   I would give no stars if I could. This company called me the night before my move to push back my time to 11:00 AM versus 9:00 AM as they had an additional move that they had to finish up prior to getting to me. Instead of them showing up or calling to let me know that they were running late, they were a NO CALL NO SHOW!!!! It was 1:50 PM by the time I got a phone call - after I told them I found somebody else to do the move in an email. Every single phone number that they have on file went straight to voicemail. I sent a message on their website I sent a message on their Facebook, I called every phone number - NO CALL BACK whatsoever until I complained and told them I am canceling the move through them and I hired BULL MOVING COMPANY instead. Bull moving company came to the rescue and was there within forty-five minutes of my call. I recommend you look elsewhere for your move hire anybody else as this company will stand you up and not give a crap about you and your family waiting for hours with no information whatsoever. I recommend bull moving company for your move as they came to the rescue moved my house and was friendly and professional throughout the whole move. Nash and Fauty were the most hard-working team from bull moving company and I will never ever use another service again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!!!!

   Worst packers ever

   I hired their team to pack my house into a 26 foot Penske truck on September 26. During the packing I expressed my concern about how the packing was being done in the truck and the fact that spaces inside the bookshelves and armoire was were not utilized for maximum efficiency. Many of the boxes that I could see on the truck were at odd angles and it was not packed to the top so that things would not shift and move. Delicate antique pieces were placed around heavier items. I had asked several times for them to be careful with certain items and expressed my concern about the packing job to Ricky their manager on the phone two times. He said that he looked at a video and he thought it looked fine. During the packing, the team did not bring any mattress bags as requested, nor did they bring any art boxes as I had requested during the quote and they brought no additional supplies at all. So my king size mattress had to be wrapped in a ton of cling wrap, and while the guy was wrapping it he walked across my mattress baseboards in his shoes and cracked one of the wooden Bunkie boards that my Tempur-pedic mattress sits on. I mentioned this to Ricky the first time we spoke. The second time that I spoke to him to get final payment, I mentioned that the team had to help to themselves to my bottled soda is in the refrigerator without asking. Upon arriving in Florida I have found several damaged pieces due to improper packing and poor wrapping and or positioning with in the truck. Multiple pieces of expensive wood furniture were taped directly on the wood! Even though I had pre-purchased over 50 moving blankets and double the amount of cling wrap as estimated for use during the packing process. In removing the tape, it stripped the wood finish or left hard to remove sticky residue. I am still working on unwrapping and unboxing my items. Many of the boxes were crushed in someway. so I've yet to figure out how much in total has been damaged. At the beginning I also gave the team a brand new hundred foot length of strapping rope that I had purchased to reinforce and secure the load as they were packing. They used none of it until the very end. The owner refuses to discuss any compensation whatsoever even though his manager acknowledged that they had broken the mattress support and that they would Open a damage report. He accused me of refusing their supplies and blaming the truck driver for the damage to my items. The fact of the matter is, the Packers were just bad and had no regard for what they were packing and the fact that it was a cross country move even though they knew that was the situation.

   Would have gave a zero if possible, do not use this company!! the home page has nothing but good testimonials, not one negative, makes you think, we were renting a condo on the beach for several years, wanted to check out the area before we purchased, we decided to by a beach bungalow, and gutted the entire house to remodel it, march of this year we had a severe rain storm, and the condo just had a new roof put on it, during the rain the roof drainage was not working, we were on the 10th floor of an 11 story condo, our entire condo had 4 to 5 inches of water in it, servo pro came in and could not stop it, so we had 24 hours to move out because of the mold potential, the land lord listing agent handled it one of his clients ( Smart Move ) could do it, I didn't care because they were paying for the first month and it was relatively close to the house. 5 months later we are finally ready to move some of our stuff out of storage, my wife goes there with a moving company College Hunks, upon arriving they asked for the movers $1,000,000 general liability ins and $100,000/ $300,000 auto and workers comp and employers ins. we had to wait in the office for 1 1/2 hours for the movers to provide this before we could move, then we go back and start moving a portion of the furniture, upon opening the storage unit we see our leather couch had been gouged and torn on the arm and back, lamps and computer components just put in a box with no wrapping, several lamps and computer monitor were damaged to the point of not usable, 2 chase lounge chairs all 4 legs on both were broke right of can't be used, when the manager said that we already signed off on the release, nothing we could do, so we took picture, meanwhile the entire interaction was met with attitude and animosity, move a head another month we used a different moving company because the guys that moved us the last time said they would not go back to that place again. it would take two pages to explain half of the BS we had to put up with, in the end the police were called after she used profanity and insulted me and wife the Police officers that arrived could not believe what was happening, the owner wants to trespass me from the property, I asked the officer could they believe this BS, and they said yes its not the first time they have had to respond to that location for the same reason. I have the office encounter on video, I will be posting it it some forum. she wanted to thank me for making her famous by recording the encounter. use this company at your own risk, along with there Price gouging tactics they use once they have your stuff and give you the final bill..
