   Careful and Considerate

   Iv'e used these folks several times and have been very happy with the results. They were very careful with my furniture and possessions, and demonstrated considerable skill while doing it-all the while with a pleasant attitude.

   Phenomenal Moving Company

   Let's start with the appointment setter, Tracy went above and beyond to help me thru my moving process. The guys were fast, efficient and treated my belongings as their own. I would not hesitate to refer Spiff Moves to family and friends as well as use them anytime I need moving help. Oh! I tipped as well. Hopefully the boss sees this and gives Tracy and the guys a raise!

   Damaged furniture

   Used them in 2022, the damage to my furniture was astronomical. Just about every piece of furniture had scratches on it, made me sick. They broke my metal bistro set, could not be fixed. Scratched several places on my wall of my newly built home. They showed up two hours late and sent two high school boys. They later sent an adult to help them. They denied they did any damage even though I sent them pictures. They did knock off $50 for big scratch on my wall. My furniture was like new. My husband’s office furniture was scratched severely. Found out they don’t carry insurance and they refused to pay for any damage. Horrible company, horrible. I hope they are no longer doing this kind of work, they were rude and refused to admit they did anything wrong. We were left with damaged furniture and a broken bistro set, which I loved that set. Don’t use them…ever. They even tried to say it was Like that already… it wasnt. On top of that they opened a window upstairs of house we were moving from cause they got hot. I didn’t know that. They left it open and temps got cold so the heating bill bumped up by over another $100 because I didn’t know about it for over a week when I went back to clean it. I told them and they just said sorry.

   Do not use!!

   I hired the company there was a lot of confusion with me getting the truck so I excuse that fact and take responsibility for Time overage. What I do not excuse is the fact they broke my $3000 work box and are refusing to fix it or replace. I have called and spoken to what was said to be the owner, I have requested insurance information which they do not carry any. They have stopped answering my calls and sent me an email address that no one responds to. I just want the part of my box fixed/replaced. Please be careful using this company they are not insured if they damage your belongings and refuse to fix/replace what they damage.
