   CRIMINALS

   I wish the option was negative stars. These people are criminals using family’s move as an opportunity to extort and steal. We were awarded damages $10k+ and have yet to see a dime. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Starway Moving Lost my Stuff

   This company Starway picked up my belongings in London, ON and only delivered half of it to me in Edmonton, as I wrote this review, they have not delivered the rest of my stuff. They told me it might have been delivered to a different customer. This company is so bad and they are full of lies. They are dishonest and simply wicked. They do not care about customers. They know they are a bad company and they are just waiting the next customer who falls for their trap so they can take your money and steal your stuff or break them. They will not answer phone calls and when they do, they change personalities several times and tell cheap lies. Please if Starway delivered the wrong boxes to you recently, contact them. I am still looking for my boxes and belongings.

   This is my first ever review for any company. I‘mUsually very patient and easy forgive people, But the owner of this company’Anna’ , she is one of the worst person I dealt with. First of all the company didn’t deliver our stuff on time, three days late as per promised. When we complained she slammed door on us and asked us to get out. So this is the awesome service you guys will get if you hire them.

   Scammers

   They grabbed my deposit, did not show up on the confirmed date, and would not answer the phone. After many attempts I got hold of someone in what appeared to be a call centre judging from the background noise. She said the truck had broken down and would not be there that day. No explanation as to why the driver had not informed us. They had our number. We are elderly and were left sitting on a pile of boxes. After further investigation it appears their BBB accreditation has been revoked. Avoid this company. I rebooked with another company and am trying to get my deposit back. It’s a jungle out there folks.
