   Avoid at all costs!!

   I paid the 50 deposit only to find out they had taken the full amount of £550 the same day. I cancelled their services after reading poor reviews and was confident that our money would be returned as their Ts&Cs stated that any cancellation before 7 days would be refunded in full. Nothing. No response from emails or messages. I was fobbed off on calls 'the manager isn't in' and in the end they stopped answering my calls and would even hang up on me! One man 'Adam' told me to just get a 'chargeback' from our bank. In the end that's what we had to do.   Appalling. So pleased they didn't actually get their dirty thiefing mits on our belongings.

   Broken items, can't do attitude, refuse to respond to complaints.

   This company is quite good at sales but that is it. Their website looks professional but does not mirror their service in any way. The branded trucks in their picture certainly were not used for our move. They damaged our house, they damaged the flat we left; they damaged our furniture; they lost a key; they initially couldn't get many items into the house and were planning to leave multiple items on the drive until someone lent a hand. To top it all off when I went back to clean our previous flat they had left numerous items behind. They did not respond to any complaints and an official complaint letter sent recorded delivery was mysteriously returned with no-one known at that address. Total charlatans. At a stressful time anyway it's the last thing you need.

   Bad company people please read.

   Sunrise movers moved me a year and a half ago under the name BISON, they are all crooks from the office to the crew. Read the reviews on Bison Removals they are the same company, they should not be able to trade, they steal that we're 2 hours late, they are a disgraceful company. Some one needs to shut this company down, read all the reviews on this company BISON REMOVALS----SUNRISE MOVERS----ARE THE SAME COMPANY.
