   Strong movers!

   This moving company was great with communication. They called me a day before to confirm everything and even sent a follow-up email with helpful unpacking tips. The movers themselves were very careful with my furniture, even taking the extra time to disassemble the bed frame to avoid any nicks. However, they forgot to bring a dolly for the heavy boxes, so they ended up carrying everything by hand. Strong movers indeed!

   The crew who helped me move out of my apartment and into storage performed a fantastic job. They did an excellent job of working together as a unit and were really productive. In addition, their customer service was excellent.

   5-star experience with them!

   Swift Van Lines movers made my transition to my new home an absolute dream. They came in the next day after the booking and showed a lot of determination from start to finish. They packed my furniture, décor, electronics and chinaware thoroughly and made sure to check them just in case any spot was left exposed. What impressed me a lot was how quickly they were able to wrap up packing and made the delivery the same day too. I had a solid 5-star experience with them!

   All did well

   We’ve hired their movers twice previously for picking up and delivering sculptures and artwork for us. During both times the request was on short notice, but their staff showed great flexibility and did the booking without hesitation. Luckily, their movers also handled the items carefully and draped them in double layers of packing. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We applaud them!

   We wholeheartedly recommend them!

   We were relieved when the moving crew from Swift Van Lines brought their own toolbox. Since we had a lot of furniture that required to be disassembled before packing, it was great. Plus, they were also careful during disassembly and made sure to wrap every piece meticulously. They were mindful about packing the supportive accessories (screws and nuts) in plastic bags as well. Then they loaded them carefully onto the moving vans and delivered them in terrific shape to our condo. After delivery, they pieced everything back together too. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

   Excellent service with 5 star care

   Moving after 4 years in the same house was emotional for me. The Swift Van Lines crew was so kind. They took the time to carefully wrap each photo frame and labeled all my knitting supplies so I could find them easily later. They understood how hard this was for me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

   Your work exemplifies skill and dedication on the job. I value it very much. Indeed, Swift Van Lines was a well-regarded business. The team members were really competent, flexible, and bright. Considering the number of items we had to transport, the fee was reasonable.

   My move.

   When everything moves according to plan that feels good. Just few days ago I got the best move ever. I used Swift van lines while moving from Florida to Michigan. I hired them because of their speedy response to my inquiry, and of course the salesman knew everything and answered any question I had. There were other movers who offered me a better price, but I always go for the quality in personality, sales practices, and of course prior reviews and due diligence, and quality NEVER comes for free. But that does not mean that Swift van lines is expensive b/c they were only $200 higher then the average bid, and the price didn't go up at all.. Movers arrived in my place in due time. They packed all my belongings, carefully loaded up the truck, moved safely to Michigan and made sure that nothing got damaged. I really enjoyed their service and wonderful senses of humor!    Horrible Company

   Do not use this company. Scammers. Most of their reviews are fake. They subcontract your move to companies under investigation and with horrible ratings. This is a broker company they are not a moving company and not affiliated with Swift Transportation!!! The deposit you pay is the broker charge and does not go to your moving charges. So be prepared to still pay for your movers. If you have a problem they will not try to remedy it for you, you will be left entirely on your own when the new moving company that they hired arrives!!! Stay clear, you are better off getting a U-Haul or a pod because in the end it is going to cost you the same amount but at least you will know that your property is safe. The companies they hire are companies such as Luxury Van Lines aka Reliable Van Lines. These are companies that have horrible ratings for theft, damaged property, and holding your property hostage when your bill doubles on delivery.

    A LIVING NIGHTMARE

    We are still in the middle of this NIGHTMARE. Swift Van Lines AKA Western Van Lines is one of the companies the (worst) broker American Plus Moving uses for out-of-state moves. We didn't know we would be working with them until it was too late. The day Western Van lines showed up at our house we were asked to put down the soonest date we could receive our belongings to the new location. The lead guy, Ivan Bucicov told us that they typically show up within a day or two of the date we put and are good about coordinating around that date. He was the second person to tell us something like that, the first being our rep with American Plus Moving. So we planned our drive and flights around that date. We showed up two days ahead of that date incase they were a little early, we started calling the day of that date to see if they were close. This was already over two weeks since they had picked up our things. We called and called for TWO WEEKS while we were told they weren't able to get ahold of the dispatch to find our belongings location. TWO WEEKS after the date we put to receive our items, we were finally told they are still in the warehouse of the state we had them packed in, 3000+ miles from the location we are sitting and waiting in an empty house in. Now they are telling us they don't have to contractually deliver until 30 days from the date we put down, the same date we said we could receive our items and planned our entire move around. They say its in the fine print. So even though I paid this company now thousands of dollars and was told by two separate employees the same thing about the delivery time I am being told I should have fact checked them in the fine print of the contract we were only told to sign AFTER all of our things were packed into the truck. I have two young children that are suffering because of this, its not just us who got scammed at this point. This company has no integrity or accountability, they could care less about the childrens welfare they are disrupting. American Plus Moving and Western Van Lines have made this transition feel like I'm living a nightmare. I cant believe people can treat each other this way. Todays update 4 WEEKS to the day that they picked up our belongings: called Western Van lines customer support and was yelled at and then hung up on by a female named Ashley who said they wasn't a supervisor to speak to. Now no one will pick up the line when I call back. Haven't received our belongings to review whether or not anything is broken or "missing" yet. Will update as this nightmare continues.
