   Horrible.

   I booked two guys for 3 hours to move me out of my small studio apartment. I have moved many times before and that is about the amount of time it has taken in the past. Well, it took them 3 hours to load the truck and one of the guys spent 15-20 minutes of that time in my bathroom (yes, on the clock). The 20 minute drive to my new place took them 3 hours and they did not arrive to my new place until 9:00 at night. They then took 2.5 hours to move me into my new place and tried to charge me for an hour of driving. I sat outside waiting for them for almost 3 hours. I got back to my old apartment at midnight to find that the one guy had clogged my toilet and had not fixed it or told me about it, so it had been sitting there for 6 hours. Disgusting. I had to plunge it and clean it up, great ending to a horrible 9 hour moving experience. The one guy also yelled at me on the phone. I called Swiftway several times and asked them to call me back to discuss everything; it has been over a week and I still have not received a call back.
