   Worst ever

   STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars that would still be too high. Worst example of how to run a business I have EVER experienced. 1) sales rep lied verbally and in writing - contractually we were supposed to get a 32'truck. Amy Brooks told me this multiple times and even confirmed a few days before via email that it would be 4 movers, all necessary equipment and a 32' truck. 2) I reserved the package over 4 weeks in advance with deposit and contract. Amy called me twice the week of my move to confirm. The second time she said it would be a large truck not necessarily 32', which was one of the reasons I chose them. Her comment was "oh that's ok, they may need to just make 2 trips. Of course it's ok for them, I'm paying by the hour!!! This was a couple days before my move as if I have other options that late. 3) and this is the absolute worst. 9pm the night before they're supposed to show at my house at 7am I get call from apparently a subcontractor informing me that they can make my move. No apology, arrangements, NOTHING, just rudeness. She him up abc about 40 minutes later I get a call from Rod Johnson claiming to be the owner. He said he knew the urgency which is why he called to offer a refund of my deposit, like that was going to fix anything. Only 9 hours before I'm supposed to have "professional" movers at my house. He went on to explain that the truck for my move was in the shop and wouldn't be ready. They didn't know this until 9pm the night before my early morning move? So I asked about if I rented a truck or even if they did could the assigned Cree not still make it. He says, "oh, I didn't think of that!!" So he calls the sub contractor back and apparent she yells at him and gets rude also and refuses to fulfill any part of the commitment. I spent an hour calling around to find a 26' uhaul and my wife and I (both too old to be moving by ourselves, thus the professional movers), had to make 2 trips and took us 18 hours to do it ourself. Save yourself the frustration, horrible customer service and deceit and go elsewhere.
