   Rip-Off, Rogue and Bogus.

   My experience with The Ideal Move US DOT#830717, MC#368512, aka Metro Van Lines US DOT#19140, MC#1845 operating on duffy ave, hicksville, ny and in NJ, CT, MA(boston) was so bad, in fact horrible. They stole & damaged my property reboxing what I previously packed. MichelleJ, RachelleS, MatthewG and ChristineD for 3 months lied to me, giving excuses, not taking or hanging up on me when I tried to get the status ofreacquiring my property. I went from NJ to GA. Given a low quote based on my property list, they arrived, shoved 7 pages in my face while  while hastening me to sign them, while loading my boxes. Knowing something was up, when I attempted to stop the move I was threatened with owing them thousands of dollars -cash - because they came out to my house. A stressful experience because I could have saved myself thousands of dollars by letting family help me move.A complaint filed with Moving Claims.net- supposedly an arbitrary entity but was clearly pro-moving businesses - proven after 3 months when they sided with the mover and offered a flimsy dollar amount for my loss claim. This was a total waste of time and paperwork for me. I currently can't locate them but avoid them at all costs. Good luck with your moving plans.
