   Tuesday 3rd June.I want to thank the entire staff of the moving Doctor Operation.  First of all they made the primary move two years ago very pleasant.  They were polite on the phone and the workers were efficient and good.When I had an issue they worked hard to make things right for me.  Again the workers worked tirelessly and quickly to get my belongings where they should be placed.  They asked questions and helped when I had to move things back to anther room. The behind the scene staff too was never annoyed or aggravated when I had to reschedule due to unexpected things. My things were wrapped neatly and were in the same condition as when I had them housed for a few months.Thank you  again to the entire  staff. Phone operators, the manager, and the movers.J. ALLEN.

   Local move.

   Great job from cost estimation to delivery. This was for a local move that was picked up from storage and delivered the same day to my home.  Estimator (Patrick) came same day that I called, because I needed to move stuff in a short amount of time. Truck was on time and the movers (Ryan and Wiley) were courteous and efficient. All items were delivered in good condition and placed where I requested at my home (second floor and basement). There were no surprises or hidden costs. Very pleased on all accounts.  I will definitely use this company again.  Price was reasonable ($441.00).  Much appreciated!

   I must be honest and admit that usually I hate to write reviews although I use it all the time.. This time I must share with u.. Unbelievable! I had bad moving experiences before and I didn't expect this time to be any different. I couldn't be more wrong. The pick up went smooth but it always does, the problems usually are popping up later when they have my stuff. They were very honest with us from the start about the costs and the They weren't that cheap (not that expensive as well) but I learned my lesson - cheap price for a cheap service (if u can still call it a service) so we decide to spend few bucks more thus time..worth every dollar!!  I wasn't easy with them (at all), called few times- not only they didn't ignore our calls but we actually got a direct answer. No surprises( no additional charges from nowhere) the guys were fast and very kind, and I guess they did a good job cause the only thing that got damaged was the ugly chair my boyfriend loves.. Even though they delivered two days late - Couldn't ask for better movers!! still, I will absolutely recommend them..this review is my way to say thanks!!

   Damage.

   The movers were on time and professional.  However my kitchen floor was dented during the move and that is where the trouble  began.  Customer service was not helpful. You have to submit a claim to a third party and they require me to supply all documentation and pictures.  Chances are that nothing will be done since they are banking on the consumer getting disgusted and forgetting about it.  Ridiculous!  There are many hidden fees including an $80 fuel charge and a $140 travel fee for a 10 minute drive. Even though they advertise that Nassau county is a local move for them, they are actually from Queens and therefore, not local at all!  What a scam!

   Go Elsewhere.

   ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! To start, they under estimated our move by over $3,000!! The first truck was delayed by a week with mechanical issues and we couldn't get straight answers as to where our items were or when they would arrive. Finally, they moved our things to another truck. When the truck finally showed up in Michigan, it arrived at 7:30 at night and stayed until after 1am, because the driver didn't want to be delayed to his next stop. So obnoxious to have movers here into the early morning hours of the next day! Now, I'm finding more and more things that are damaged and broken..clearly when they moved our items from one truck to the next they did so with little regard or care for our things. My kitchen table? Damaged. Chairs? Scratched. Wooden bench? Big gauge out of the top. Glasses? Multiple are broken. I've moved a few times in the past several years and have had very little to no damage each time. Items that were otherwise pristine now look terrible. If you want a timely, reasonably priced move where your items are well cared for, then go somewhere else!

   Awful experience.

   These guys showed up to deliver my furniture in the middle of a holiday weekend and told me I had no choice about it. They didn't drive the truck to the house (bigger trucks come up our street) and they only showed up with one guy (how can one guy move heavy furniture by himself?!). We had to rent another truck on our own and help cross load and move in the furniture ourselves-crazy! Almost all of our things were broken and badly damaged. Some things came off the truck not even wrapped to protect them! They dragged out negotiating a settlement for repairs and then offered not nearly enough to cover damages.
