   Great Moving Service.

   We used the Moving Factor based on a referral from a family member and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Every part of this move was better than any other we’ve had before. The crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly all day, in the bitter cold and never complained. They really took the time to wrap and protect all of our stuff. When everything was in place, at the end of the move, we were able to sleep comfortably in our own beds, in our own home, without a mess left behind. We were super happy with this move.

   Honest and great service!

   The Moving Factor team was friendly, reliable, and did their work so well! Sean made me feel so comfortable when I inquired about hoisting our sofa to the 2nd floor that I chose them over other companies I had called. We were definitely happy with our choice. They are very honest as well! When taking out cash to pay, I accidentally did not separate out an extra $100 bill, but Sean called right away to let me know we overpaid and refunded it! I definitely trust them!

   "WOW"! Let me start with, I'm often a tough consumer critic. I work hard for the little money I have, so I am familiar with the value of a dollar and how far it can be stretched. The value of the work The Moving Factor does is priceless. I had a VERY slim budget and enough belongings to fill a single family home. I didn't start looking to schedule a mover until a week before I actually wanted to move. I tried search engines and spoke with several companies who couldn't quote me in advance and/or were way above my budget. The Moving Factor responded to my online quote request the same afternoon. They met my NTE budget amount with no squabble (still shocked and super happy about this). They reached out a few days before my move to confirm our time. I got a call the morning of the move letting me know they were on their way. The guys were on time, respectful, had tremendous attitudes, and moved like lightning! An entire 10x20 storage unit emptied in under an hour AND they wrapped ALL of my furniture and sensitive items. Like I said.. WOW. I fully expected and was prepared for a few speed bumps. You have to be. If you've ever personally moved all of your belongings then you know, it's not even remotely easy. The Moving Factor pulled my move off without so much as a single hiccup. For that I am sincerely grateful. Thank you guys for an AMAZING job!

   GREAT company!

   These guys did a GREAT job! From the first time I met Sean when he came over to give me an estimate, I felt completely comfortable with their service. He spent a lot of time with me explaining how they do things, and they are very thorough! They showed up right on time the day of the move and got RIGHT to work (wish I could bottle some of that energy!). They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They moved us into a storage unit and took a lot of time wrapping our belongings to make sure everything was protected. We are looking forward to using them again when it's time to move into our new home!

   The Moving Factor did an amazing job with our move.  Excellent service and very friendly and efficient.  Everything was perfect.  They finished ahead of schedule so our cost was lower than expected!  We were impressed with everyone we dealt with in the Company.    Nothing was damaged or scratched and everything was in its place when they left.  .

   My experience with The Moving Factor was most excellent! Their estimate was right on the money and the crew couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. The team took care of my luggage by all means during this move. I'm really satisfied with the services they provided. Although this was my first move with the moving factor but will certainly use them again in future. .

   Best Price & On time!

   Recently I hired The Moving Factor to move me from Dallas to Houston.  They were great!  Their on-site estimate was right on the money and they took excellent care of my household goods.  Thanks, guys!These guys know what they are doing!  The Moving Factor packed, loaded and unloaded my move within the estimated time.  Great crew, great service, great price.  Can’t go wrong with The Moving Factor.

   Late last year, our 78 year-old mother began to have problems living on her own, and it became clear that my siblings and I needed to move her out of her home and into an assisted living situation. Tricky enough on it's own, but to make things more challenging, we decided it would be best for her if we moved her to Amarillo where my sister and brother lived--a six-hour drive from where Mom lived in Dallas.   As is typical of many older people, our mother had lived in her three-bedroom home for several decades and was fairly settled in with a lot of large pieces of furniture, framed art and photos, many small, breakable keepsakes, and a lot of glassware.   I live across the country in an entirely different state than my Mom and siblings, even so, I volunteered to research moving companies and solicit estimates for us to choose from.  I spent a good bit of time on line looking at moving companies and reading reviews and at some point during that search I came upon The Moving Factor. I was impressed with the high reviews and excellent customer comments so they immediately went to the top of my list of the four potential movers I would contact.  I called all four and got written estimates from three companies, but was most impressed with Sean Factor and The Moving Factor. My sister and mother met with Sean when he visited her house to assess the job for his estimate, and they too felt very comfortable with Sean, the questions he asked, his attention to detail, and his professional demeanor.   Eventually, even though they were't the lowest estimate we received, we decided to have Sean and his crew handle our Mom's move. And we're all very glad we did.    In early January, my wife and I flew to Dallas to be there for the packing and loading in case there were any questions or problems, so we were there when Sean and his guys showed up on schedule, on time, worked for hours to carefully wrap and pack all of Mom's furniture and belongings, and were all polite and considerate throughout the process. They gently loaded the truck to the top, closed the door and headed out…to drive six hours north to Amarillo. The next morning they met Mom and my siblings at the assisted living facility and quickly but carefully unloaded everything into two separate locations per our requests. And after unloading everything, they jumped back into the truck and headed back to Dallas.   Throughout everything, the Moving Factor guys were kind and courteous to my dear old Mom and my disabled sister and everything made it through the move and into Mom's new place in perfect condition.    Sean stuck to his estimate and delivered on everything he had promised, and turned out to be a genuinely good guy to boot.  I would highly recommend that you work with Sean and his crew with the Moving Factor, I think you'll be happy you did.   Good luck with YOUR move!    The moving factor.

   I would definitely recommend the moving factor.  Very professional.  They gave me an estimate and a max price that they would not go over.  After moving, it ended up being more than the max price, but they still stuck to the quoted max price.  The crew was on time, fast, efficient, and very courteous.

    Great Job.

    The Moving Factor did good job. I would use them again. The young men were respectful and helpful. They packed stored and unpacked my items and asked me where to place things. The cost was fair and they were easy to contact and arrange a scheduling time. I did have an item damaged and they took it for repair. There was an obvious mice presence in some of the boxes but that happened at the storage facility. The young men that moved me were on time and worked quickly as to not waist my money. They took special care to ask where I wanted things and double checked with me afterwards to verify they had placed things according to my liking. I do not like moving but the Moving Factor made it easy.
