   Excellent Service.

   The company was contacted and they were very helpful in setting up the move. They called before they came to load and did a very good job of packing the items for a safe transfer. On the delivery they did a very good job as well. The movers were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company!

   horrible employees

   your driver driving truck 8220101 i will publish his name at a later date if this doesn't get resolved asap!!!! attacked my truck and threatened bodily harm to me and others due to him using the truck to move his girlfriend's stuff in his house on south west street.... not only did he do damage to my truck ($4,000+) but then pulls a weapon from the truck to try to scare me away from the scene! A formal complaint with the fmcsa and dot along with your insurance company will be filed Monday if no corrective actions are taken. also pictures of the container in his hand getting out of your commercial vehicle will be given over on all accounts. he needs theropy and mental help... anyone reading this becareful who they send to your home and watch for him mid 40s shorter fat guy....

   Bad company TERRIBLE.

   BROKE MY TABLE! I cannot believe they denied damaging my objects. Whoever took a picture of the items did not get a clear shot INTENTIONALLY so that they didn't take the blame for what THEY did. They owe me money.

   Worst. Move. Ever.

   I have moved thirteen times in 35 years. In each case, professional movers packed, shipped, and unpacked my household goods. In twelve situations, I was satisfied with the move and received my things in good shape. Not with Thomas. A broken stained glass lampshade, a smashed concrete lawn ornament, three torn linen lampshades, a broken bedside lamp—one of a pair, and stained clothing and bed linens. A sofa, a chair and ottoman, and a table not in the delivery, and not located for three days. The unpack team arrived late, did not follow instructions about putting items in the correct rooms, and dragged a chair across the dining room, badly scratching our brand new floors. The team leader laughed when we found broken items hidden. Team members refused to move incorrectly stored items to the correct locations. They joked about how the two of us could never keep up with the three of them. They refused to slow down and wait so that we could verify their work. They left before the work was done because “they had plans.” My husband did not file a complaint or request replacement of the damaged items because his new employer had ties to the moving company.
