Ti-Yende Movers
I hired Ti-Yende Movers to move a 3 bedroom house worth of goods to another home, locally (Winnipeg). The 3 movers arrived late; one looked hung over. Lots of items were dropped during the move. Many items were broken, but Ti-Yende refused to compensate me for any of it even after I reminded them that I had NOT signed any documentation limiting my ability to request compensation for broken items. I also asked why I was charged for 5 hours of service when the move took 4.5 hours. It took 3 weeks to get an answer. Finally, they said that they charge by the FULL hour (no 15 or 30 minute increments like other companies). Buyer BEWARE. This company uses people who are NOT professional, the owner avoids answering emails in regards to broken items or why they charged what they did, and your items will not get the proper care they deserve.
