   communication and professionalism was on point

   This was my first out of state move and I didn't know what to expect. I had so many companies contact me but they gave me a good price and made me feel comfortable. So glad I chose Titanium. I am sure I was not easy to work with but they walked me through everything and the ladies in the office as well as the guys that moved me were all very professional. I heard horror stories from my friends about their moves so I would say overall I had the best possible experience.

   Used these guys to help move me and my family to Florida and I was really impressed. Would recommend using them for any move. The guys did a great job, and answered my questions the whole way through and showed up on time.

   Thanks, Titanium Relocation! Great job! They were on time for the load out and on time for the shipment two days later! Everything was handled with care, and all furniture items were wrapped and taped in blankets and carefully loaded into the truck. Couldn’t have asked for a better move.

   Excellent and efficient movers!

   These guys are impressive and talk about Punctuality. They were there at the location to load up before I even got there; I was early! The reviews were not fake, lol. The movers were kind and Friendly. I will use them again.

   Here’s a quick tip, you shouldn’t use this company.

   At first glance their logistics coordinators Ashley and Carrie act like they’re going to do anything and everything to make sure that they take “great care and responsibility” about your long distance move to the other side of the country. But in reality they are just BS-ing you a fake picture of how they really don’t care if you get your belongings in a timely fashion or not. Titanium dispatch team is a complete joke and waste of time because they don’t have a clue about tracking your shipments nor how to track their own trucks. I asked for my belongings to be delivered by the end of June, but that didn’t happen because they didn’t load the truck until after 07/08/2024 and then they said that the truck left the state of California the same day. I figured that I would hear something back from their dispatcher about when they were getting close to delivering my belongings. Nope!! I’m playing phone tag games with their dispatcher trying to figure out what happened to my belongings and when they might be delivered. They still haven’t given me any information on that yet. So I’m done with them now and I just want them to deliver my belongings now!!

   What a hoot, they're trying to make it sound like I evaluated the incorrect company. My lawyer's engagement letter and the contracts I supplied them in 2022 august show differently. Nothing could be further from the truth than this. On October 3rd, they had my inventory list; if they failed to forward it along to their contractors, I have no responsibility.
