   Great moving service. I just wanted to take the time and leave these guys a positive review. My agent (Terri) was very good to work with. She explained everything and she seemed to be on point. The movers were amazing and handled our furniture with care. I would use them again simply because of how easy they made the move for me. 5 stars!!

   Broken & missing items; owner has not kept his promises!

   Last year we hired TNT Moving Services for our major move. The owner said he was licensed and insured, and he promised he'd bring that paperwork later to show me. He never did. Many other promises were made; all of them broken. He said he'd wrap all our expensive furniture and take special care of our antiques. There was significant damage to our belongings. Two brand new Ethan Allen couches $3500 each: one the upholstery is badly damaged and torn. The other new couch was not as badly damage, but it was damaged. 9'x13' $10k Ethan Allen area rug ripped; TemperPedic beds both the base and mattress material: damaged and dirty, as well electrical cords being severed; dented dining room table; matching buffet: the finish is badly damaged; damaged large cherry wood wine cellar; scuffed hardwood floors and dented walls of the home we were leaving, as well as scuffed hardwood floors in our new home. Broken dishes, shattered glass pitcher (an irreplaceable wedding gift), as well as other household items; a broken antique hutch (my Mother’s); 68 sheets of stained glass broken, some shattered, many irreplaceable sheets; four stained glass panels broken; 6'x4’ custom-built wood studio table ripped in half, PLUS MANY MISSING ITEMS! Three months later, the owner promised to file a claim with his insurance company; one month after this he stopped responding to all communications including a certified letter. We are not the only people he has done this to.
