   This moving company was the best of the best. They were very communicative throughout, on time and at a steady speed. They used padding and quality packing materials to pack everything, and even color-coded boxes with labels indicating the contents to help us when unpacking. We received everything in terrific shape, and the final bill matched the quote. We couldn't have been more pleased!

   FRAUD.

   After everything was unloaded, I noticed that one of my kitchen boxes was missing. I had to spend time checking through the delivered items and contacting the company about it. This was frustrating, especially during an already busy moving day. Better inventory tracking would have helped.

    100% SCAM!!

    The moving day was much more stressful than I expected. The crew arrived later than scheduled, which pushed the whole timeline back. Communication about the delay was not very clear, and I had to keep waiting for updates. The move was eventually completed, but the experience could have been handled much better.
