   Run Away. Find Another Company… We have had nothing but problems with Tower Moving Systems. We contracted with them for a semi truck for a move from Ca to ID. We paid premium rates for such a large truck but we knew it was a lot of stuff to move and we knew that would be more than enough room. We also did not want some of our stuff in one truck, the rest in another truck, and/or our belongings mixed up with those of another client. So here comes 830 am moving day and a small truck shows up. We called Tower about this then got into a 45 minute discussion with the owner Alex who argued that he was in charge and he was making the decision about the truck, that it was all going to fit, that he "could pull those guys off the job at any minute." After lots of back and forth he conceded and arranged for another truck to supplement the first one. So the first group started moving our items out into the driveway and piled them there. At some point everything stopped. Half our house was piled in the driveway with some things packed on the truck (note: every single thing was packed into moving boxes to ensure maximum efficiency of the space). Then I saw the movers laying cardboard on the sidewalk, receiving Door Dash meals, and eating and taking naps on the sidewalk and lawn in front of our house. At about 4 pm another small truck shows up- more calls to Alex who raged at us and threatened to just leave everything there (again) and it was finally negotiated that the movers would be able to get everything on the two trucks. We did not know at the time that we were piggybacking in the truck with another customer's belongings. So at around 8 pm they start moving things again (nice long break from 10 am to 830 pm). They finished at 11pm and the movers demanded we pay them directly (our contract said we should pay Tower Moving) and they all threatened to unload everything al leave. With extra assurances from the movers (all pretty nice guys) we paid up and they signed off. Brilliant. It's now midnight. As they're leaving they say ok see you up in Idaho at the house on Sunday morning. We said no, we contracted for a three day window and we'd see them Monday morning. They said nope. We're going to deliver Sunday morning. So we say whatever let's just do this and get it over with. So we sleep for four hours, get up at 430 am, pack up dog, two cats, a trailer with a boat, two vehicles, and at 830 am hit the road. Somewhere in Oregon we passed the movers and kept driving. 430 am we arrived at the new house- 630 they arrive and start unloading. No complaints there- everyone was very helpful and hard working. Ok so truck leaves and we begin the unpacking process. A few things broken but we anticipated that- not a big deal. So now it's July and everything is unpacked and inventoried. Lots of items missing including a bin of power tools, an expensive drone with extra controllers, HD cameras, various accessories etc, some furniture, a box of books. Not sure if these items got mixed up with the belongings of the other customer but someone scored. And that's why we contracted for ONE SEMI TRUCK ALEX!! So now we need to make a claim and no one answers at any of the Tower numbers or email addresses including customer service and their manager, who I will refrain from naming at this point. No one. I have left over twenty VM messages and there has been zero contact on their part. Now we are going to have to hire an attorney to forward our claim because according to our contract we have 9 months from move in date to file a claim. This company is terrible. If you want to risk your belongings, get cheated, and get treated like S++t go ahead and hire them. If I had known (yes, we did our research and read hundreds of reviews from a dozen or so companies) I would have never contracted with them. Totally corrupt as evidenced by their lack of professionalism and customer service. Run away. You have been warned

   Company is full of dishonesty

   If I could give them zero star I would. They will increase your price last minute and do not give you price based off cubic feet. They will tell you anything to make a dollar and even used Gods name to do so. Please do not listen to other reviews unless they are negative. Save yourself the headache and go to a different company. We have been charged around $1500 more than promised and now will not answer phone calls but love to blow up your phone before deposit.

   Worst company

   Absolutely the worst company, do not use them. For the initial contract, every item was discussed in great detail. At pick up, they immediately said the contract was wrong. Driver insisted he would do the best he could, truck was loaded and then the price was DOUBLED. I was told the delivery Would take five business days, it was delivered over two weeks later. No communication. Impossible to speak to anybody. my phone calls kept getting transferred to the driver who was impossible to deal with. Every day there was some kind of excuse. When my stuff finally arrived a bunch of it was broken. The company does not want to take responsibility for anything. One of my boxes is missing, and I received a box that belongs to somebody else. When calling into customer service, no one wants to take accountability and I got yelled at several times. do not use this company. They are the worst.

   I cannot believe this company is still doing fake reviews. The offered me $300 to take down my poor, honest, review. Please avoid them. I challenge any of the 5 star reviews to contact me and show me proof they actually used this trash company

   Recent Move

   I avoided investing the time it takes to write a review knowing they have limited impact. In this case I am writing in the hope it helps at least one person/family avoid what I recently went through. We have made numerous cross country moves so I speak from a base of experience. We have used United, Atlas and Allied. All good companies with professional drivers and well equipped trucks and staff. If you want a real moving company DO NOT hire this company. When I was accepting bids I was told, "We will have a truck in your area and can save you a great deal so they have a return load." This was the first of many lies. This company has individuals who bid moves then sell them to "moving companies" across the country. To insure an accurate bid I had the representative do a video walk through. I also provided a written, itemized list of what was to be moved. The overall estimate was significantly off. The move was for 4 individuals to pack and then load the truck. The day of the move TWO movers arrived more than 2 hours late in a RENTED Penske truck. AND, the mover who I communicated with was not coming and he would be available by phone . . . 700 miles away! They picked up wrap and some supplies at a local U-Haul dealer. They did not have packing for glass tables, art work or padding to put between items when loaded. Since our items were going into storage they "gave" us 20 recycled pads to put around items that would be left wrapped in storage. BUT, they had no pads for anything else. Twice they ran out of shrink wrap and tape and went to Home Depot. I called the person who arranged the move and he said this was unacceptable and the owner would call me. He never did. I said it was such a mess since they did not deliver the service in the contract that I should cancel the whole thing. He said if I did I would loose my deposit. 3 hours later 2 more workers arrived. One was experienced but could only stay 2 hours. The other one had not done a move before and was found twice not in the house and in his car. He was fired. By 8:00 PM half of the items had not been loaded. I called the coordinator and told him I had had enough and he should put his 2 workers up for the night. I had worked - unpaid - for 9 hours straight. The next morning we started again. 2 hours later 2 more workers arrived and again one of them had never wrapped furniture or done anything except carry things. He was let go and the other worker left after a few hours. I had to check everything including how tight the truck was being packed. Even with that they did not have a big enough truck for what was bid. This resulted in dozens of items not being loaded and the need for them to be stored in Minnesota. Those items are still there and I am paying for storage until I can figure out how to get them to Florida. But the story is not over. When the truck arrived in Florida to unload the only person to unload was the driver. We were to start at 10:00 AM and by 1:00 PM no help had arrived. By 1:30 PM 2 workers arrived - again without experience. I had to show them how to take items down the ramp. None of our paintings were properly packed. Glass was wrapped in blankets and if had not been the supervisor much would have been destroyed. The Penske truck was returned to Atlanta and the driver flew home to do this kind of "move" all over again for some other poor souls. They say you get what you pay for. In this case it is not even close. Needless to say . . . stay away from this company unless you want to waste a half hour trying to warn others.

   Avoid at all costs

   All of the high reviews are written by employees, please don’t waste your time or money. This company is not a moving company they are moving broker. They quote you real low to get your business but once the company they hired gets involved the price is literally double your original quote, and no one tries to make the situation better. Many of my items were damaged during the move, a some were destroyed. I would not send this company repeat business and wish I could do a NEGATIVE 5 stars. If you are reading this, please keep looking for a moving service through Google or Angi’s list.

   DO NOT USE!!! Eric C. Performed our estimate(2-3 hour process!) and quoted us at roughly $13K. Josh W. Performed another estimate and quoted us at roughly $15K. Andre and the moving crew arrived a day late and were extremely unprepared. After Andre and his crew loaded our goods, they wrote us a bill for $26K!!! Eric C. promised us a reimbursement for over 3 months and never followed through. He and his team provided a horrible estimate and lied to us throughout the process. The moving crew"lost" our kingsize mattress and all of my military promotion items that contained alcohol. If you plan on using this company, have your legal team ready for action.

   DO NOT TRUST this company!

   After picking up my furniture for my out of state move, over 3 weeks went by and I NEVER heard anything else from them. I literally had to track them down and call everyday to find out what happened to my furniture and when it was going to be delivered. Finally after over a month, my furniture was brought to me but on top of the miscommunication and chaos of getting an ETA, the driver tried to charge me and extra $250! Lastly, since I refused to pay any extra, they left only moved my furniture a short distance and I was left to move it by myself to my actual destination. This company is disgusting, unprofessional, chaotic, careless, and should be out of business.

   They did awful broken everything that I have own all of my 60 yrs did not wrap nothing furniture is broken and all scratched up it was antique furniture they tell you that they are great and take your money but they don't do right had a grandfather clock now damaged and does not stand straight please people do not use this place they do not stand behind what they say losing everything you own is not fair

    Fake!

    They don’t actually have trucks. They give you a really low offer then the actual truck driver will call you very close to the pick up date doubling the price. Classic bait and switch. Salesperson will tell you all sorts of lies to get you to commit and when you are in the most stress inducing period of your life they’ll add a 100% increment and say no refunds and that you have already signed contract. How can you spend your life doing this to people?
